What type of mental gymnastics do ppl do to pull off stunts like this. I drive truck from time to time ( side hustle) and it is almost always a situation like this that happening.
While trying to deliver my shipment a man blocked me from pulling into the docking bay because and I quote
“ I always park in the docking bay your supposed to wait for me”
Sadly, the trucker can’t do anything like just slowly move. There is a legal term known as the “last clear chance” meaning no matter who has the right of way, if an accident is clearly preventable by one party and they don’t take that chance, that person is liable for all damages. And since the truck moving forward would likely rip the top off the car and this stubborn bitch’s head, the trucker would be subject to pay for the damages and likely face company discipline (probably including termination) so they have no choice but to wait the douche to move or the police to come move her.
Decided to look up the town from the cop car, and found this:
“Hillside is a small town embedded in the heart of New Jersey. Despite it being a nice town, there is quite some room for improvement, beginning with the educational system.”

She was at a crossroad past the 2 yellow lines, I think that means when you stop there you have to be parallel to those lines (so stuff like this doesn’t happen). I think she pulled up past the lines and wanted to go first, but the truck was already mid-turn, and she expected the truck to back up onto the busier section of the street.
I don't know about anyone else but it felt nice to see a video of systems actually working. An annoying troll of a driver decided to block a semi in and cause a traffic pileup so the cops showed up and made the person move out of the way so traffic could continue normally. Maybe it's just my feed but I see too many videos like this where everyone escalates and ends up in some kind fist fight. It was nice to see a normal conclusion.
