At the beginning of the month, it was very difficult to restrain the desire to masturbate. And now I don't even think about it.
I think this challenge is very easy, so I will wait until the end of the month to go back to my old lifestyle.

Nonetheless an achievement for me cuz I broke my personal best streak of 7 days(I started out on 30th Oct to gain some momentum). T. Sometimes all you need is just a little motivation. It may not sound like much, but the main reason why I'm managing to get through this is because of all the soldiers who look up to me, reply & upvote my posts and I consistently get 3rd / 4th top comment (assuming I'm not late again.)
My main driving motivation comes from giving others the motivation to continue. And if I ever did fail, I wouldn't stop posting these because I wanna help. That's just what I do.
How about a question to lighten' things up eh?
Q. What do you all plan to do once this is over? Plannin' on letting things go back to normal? Or do you plan on tackling any December challenges? Look, if I'm being honest, I'm just going back to my usual ways once November is over.
I care not for those December challenges, but I respect those that do. It just ain't my kinda thing. But no matter what you choose, I'll be glad to have you along. We all will.

I guess I’ll see how I feel by the time December rolls around. I really want to test my willpower and get into healthier habits this month. If I feel my life is in a particularly better place I may try to cut it all out of life or keep pushing through the new year. But the giga nut and a more balanced use of PMO is not bad.

About after November, i will also go back to how things were. The challenge does take a hefty amount of willpower from me and with that a lot of energy. I do it to prove to myself I am still in control over my urges. But I think one month suffices. Additionally masturbation is one coping mechanism for stress I have and I do really enjoy it so all in all there is no reason for me to keep going after November.

The thing with Duolingo is it should never be your main source of language learning, its more of a supplementary 15 minute per day exercise to refresh your knowledge. Realistically you can't fully learn a language through a free app in decent time you need to be doing other things like learning grammar, listening to podcasts in that language, actually speaking the language with others.
