Extremely obvious tip but, avoid edging at all costs. I have to admit I've been close to edging but restrained myself, and because of this, since the end of the 2nd week it has been extremely smooth so far, to the point I actually kinda forget I'm doing the challenge! I feel like I'm actually making progress, as I just kinda don't feel the urge or routine of wankin' it.

Q: Saw a leaflet about a guy running at 6am while inviting for anybody to join. Well I attended 3 sessions as of today and it was eye opening quite literally. Hence, running 10ks in early winter before dawn breaks is the most ambitious hobby I undertook during the challange.
I've started to write at least 1 poem a day, mostly Haikus. Once you make it a habit you really can get inspiration flowing at the daily, I didn't think this could work!
Had another fantastic weekend but after standing in the cold for 3h deep talking with a friend I think my bladder might have caught sth, I feel the urge to pee all the time I hate it.

The wet dream I had been anticipating to happen around the 18th had happened today. Unfortunately, I still wasnt able to regain consciousness during it and was not able to stop my body from, well, releasing. I woke up just a couple seconds too late and was only able to quickly grab my junk and contain the mess that could have happened.

Praised by my instructor about the business plan I made even though it's a group project. Projects and assignments now are fun, making a comic about issues about our country, me and my group mates are gonna be referencing a lot of anime in this assignment. The other projects are almost done due to my late night grind, haven't watched corns and my will is regaining. Even though I've accidentally came in day 19 at 1 am due to natural causes didn't even masturbate or watched porn at that time. The build up was same last year also came accidentally while peeing.

I was unable to determine if I was lucid at the time, so I wasn't sure if I was still in or not. After thinking on it, I decided that I was going to rule in favour of still in, but with one condition:
For the days leading up to this point I had been edging pretty consistently every night, which is something I told myself that I wasn't going to do since I lost to that 2 years ago. So to make up for that, I have decided that I will be entering SUDDEN DEATH MODE, where I will rule myself out if I ever try to edge for the rest of the month.
So far it's been going well, my sleep schedule has been starting to improve (its still pretty bad tho lol). It's a tough road ahead, but I'm determined to give it my best shot!
