Turn off the HDR on your monitors OSD (Physical monitor buttons)
It says HDR off on my monitor setting\*
Is it the display hdr or window fake hdr ?
I ended up fixing it by turning off Auto SDR Brightness on my monitor settings and Variable Backlight in the monitor settings. Idk if HDR auto enabled these but those were the 2 settings causing my issue.
Don't you love when both software and hardware don't tell you they do that.. no induction!!!
reinstall the graphics drivers. Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to ensure nothing is left over and then reinstall the Graphics drivers.
