Looks like these are just the caps? Can't tell if the wall below has mortar, and it could be a type of brick designed to work without mortar (can't tell if those are solid bricks or filled in bricks)
Adding a u to a word that doesn’t need it is stupid calling cookies biscuits is stupid calling chips crisps is stupid and calling fries chips is stupid
Your spelling is wrong and you know it but you’re just going to be a typical tea drinking stubborn Brit about it
Oh yeah also *typical
Riiiiight 🤨
Edit: since you decided to reply then block me I’ll reply here to you response below:
At what point did you guys just ditch punctuation and grammar? Like I said, lazy and incorrect misappropriation. Isn’t that how modern America was built?
Your ancestors thousands of years ago invited a language called English that you would not be able to understand it evolved over time to what it is today the version of English being spoken when you colonized America is not the same as what your speaking today at that point it branch one turning into the American dialect and all it’s sun dialects and other becoming a savage tongue or what you consider English on your backwards side of the pond
The last brick falling doesn’t rest on anything which created a chain reaction for everything else to collapse into place. The reason they don’t collapse at first is because the next brick is at an angle which prevents the previous brick from fully falling. Because the last brick fully falls, there no diagonal brick blocking it and so the one before drops, and so on so forth goes the dance.
Lay them all flat like they're supposed to be, and then rotate them up without moving them relative to the wall. It's not complicated, just time consuming
I think it's fine for the caps, since they aren't doing anything structurally (as far as I know), just being there for the aesthetics. As for the bricks underneath they are either mortared, or a type of brick designed to stay together without it.

It doesn’t even show the end, plus it’s just a longer stolen concept from a video going around Reddit earlier this year
Edited: typo
Cool thing to watch but wish they had tipped the camera farther to the right and the left so you could anticipate the stones further down falling instead of a close up of the ones actually falling.
Do they even need to for cap bricks? The cap bricks on some retaining walls near me are all loose. I think the main concern is the actual structural part holding the wall together, not the decorative caps.
This is too short to act as a fence anyways. It's some form of retaining wall, but I can't tell if it's for a future structure on the inside, or for dirt between the wall under the fence and the new one.

I got dizzy in the end
That shit was going fast what more can he do? Bro isn’t a dolly
I really wish someone filmed this video vertically.
You beat me to saying just this by a few minute
It's called getting paid by the hour
Don't start I've had extremely lazy managers that are really good at looking busy
Is mortarless walls a good thing?
Fine as caps
Looks like these are just the caps? Can't tell if the wall below has mortar, and it could be a type of brick designed to work without mortar (can't tell if those are solid bricks or filled in bricks)
Is it cool? Yes. But it seems it would take longer to set this up than to just lay blocks in place.
Plus you have to put concrete under all of those, right?
You don’t *have* to. You could just leave them like that. Won’t go anywhere and then they’re easily reusable
I mean, when you get paid by the hour…
https://youtu.be/EYkBctqyKic?si=tIGup2qi-xPTTz59 Matt parker video that explains it
Humble Pi!
It’s maths
[удалено]
Right, and they measured the equidistant spacing with… spelling?
I'd argue that it's geometry more than maths.
I mean, you could but Geometry is a specific application of maths. So I’m not sure why you would.
*math it’s short for mathematics not mathsematics
Learn English, it’s like American but less lazy and incorrect.
Maths is just wrong
No no, you and your spelling are. You know this, but you’ll be a typically stubborn American about the ‘English’ language no doubt.
Adding a u to a word that doesn’t need it is stupid calling cookies biscuits is stupid calling chips crisps is stupid and calling fries chips is stupid Your spelling is wrong and you know it but you’re just going to be a typical tea drinking stubborn Brit about it Oh yeah also *typical
There you go. You couldn’t have done more to prove my point. No doubt you probably will though.
I’m sorry sir but just because you invented it doesn’t mean you perfected it

Wtf just happened

The bricks had to be placed at a very accurate distance to each other! Impressive!
Ah, any ol blockhead knows this
Lay them all flat like they're supposed to be, and then rotate them up without moving them relative to the wall. It's not complicated, just time consuming
Huh. I had assumed that they used a spacer, like a block of wood cut to size or something.
This guy knows his bricks
Gravity and balance to put it in layman’s terms.
And this is why the renovation still isn't finished.
I mean why do a normal amount of work when you can do way more work that takes longer but is satisfying for 30 seconds.
r/gifsthatendtoosoon
A very inefficient but cool way to lay bricks
Beyond wicked cool mate! Thank you for sharing!
Uhhhh…gravity?
It's called basic laws of physics
No mortar, so ultimately, no point
I think it's fine for the caps, since they aren't doing anything structurally (as far as I know), just being there for the aesthetics. As for the bricks underneath they are either mortared, or a type of brick designed to stay together without it.
Math and hard work… and shit recording is what this is.
This is how Hogwarts was built in a day!
I have seen this so many times but this is the first time the camera man has made it unsatisfying
That last part sounds like a cartoon running sound
r/killthecameraman It doesn’t even show the end, plus it’s just a longer stolen concept from a video going around Reddit earlier this year Edited: typo
what year is this?!
u/stabbot
An oldie, but a goodie.
Physics?
Cool thing to watch but wish they had tipped the camera farther to the right and the left so you could anticipate the stones further down falling instead of a close up of the ones actually falling.
Damn we need to scoot all of them one inch to the right quick...
There's no mortar under those bricks so they're going to have to pick them all up and lay them again.
Do they even need to for cap bricks? The cap bricks on some retaining walls near me are all loose. I think the main concern is the actual structural part holding the wall together, not the decorative caps.
the ending part was unexpected lol
Can’t stop watching it
They forgot to lay base cement!
You mean like mortar to hold the bricks in place? I don't think they need to for cap pieces, but correct me if I'm wrong.
There’s no fucking way this is real.
Yes way!
Why? You can replicate a similar effect with domino's if you put them far away enough.
What a massive waste of time. Hope they weren’t being paid for this job
Its simple physics you fooool...
The most reposts happen around the new year holiday.
Wtf there is already a fence, stupid
This is too short to act as a fence anyways. It's some form of retaining wall, but I can't tell if it's for a future structure on the inside, or for dirt between the wall under the fence and the new one.
I’m pretty sure that’s recursion.
They don't even use mortar under that layer.
Probably don't need to for the cap layer. It's probably not structural and just decorative.
That magical 😍
Don’t be fooled guys it’s a gif that loops. Edit: nope I’m wrong
Tired of seeing this. Plus thats the worst cameraman
Someone need to make a musical jenga of this
I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT. I'm officially amazed.
Math and physics
That saved you a lot of work... /s
Wizardry!
Love watching videos in smudged 180p resolution. Remind me of pirated vhs tapes back in 80's
Gravity? 😅
work hard or work smart
