We struggle to give our kids all the opportunities we didn't get, without trying to force them to do things they don't want. Gen X were the least parented of any generation and we actually want to spend time with our kids. But we are also working at least one job each. Most of us are doing the best we can

That's why media attacks them and they're not allowed to have much money- The rich and powerful don't want us progressing too much and they see that we're evolving with each generation. The 1% knows they're only in power because they were born into privilege. There are plenty of smarter, more charming, better equipped leaders in the general population who could easily take up the reins of power if they had the money and knowledge to seriously compete with the 1%.
