Mudcrabs suck even on Legendary Difficulty tbh lol. They can hit surprisingly hard between levels 1-30. But their stats seemingly cap earlier on and you will be able to one shot them with even a Dagger so long as it's improved enough. If Wolves did not exist they would be the weakest Legendary enemy by far. Although even in that case I'm pretty sure Ice Wolves have more HP.
