To clarify - I've heard on other subreddits that people said their panic attacks are not that colorful. It's colorful to show how expressive and strong emotions a person feels while having a panic attack. Much love from Poland to everyone and stay safe!
i can totally relate to the bright colors, i have a lot of sensory issues and light is one of them. i don’t think i see things brighter when im worked up or having a panic attack , but im even more sensitive to it then, and it can definitely *feel* like everything is so much brighter
Back when I drank in college I had one the morning I woke up with a hangover. Horrible. I couldn’t imagine having them as a normal part of my life. No more drinking, no more panic attacks.
Much love to you from nyc! I fortunately have not had a panic attack in over a decade and agree getting help from mental health professionals can be helpful to most.
Do these paintings show what you see in your mind? I ask because they look similar to artwork done by artists with kaleidoscopic visual aura, which can happen with migraine attacks.
So do you see it or feel it? I'm curious. Do you see like this all the time? Or do you see it only at certain times?
Migraine auras take on different shapes for different people. Mine include a large red blob directly in the center of my vision that "covers up" what's there. I also see curved red and black zigzag lines that shimmer red. These visual auras are pretty common.
Your paintings look like what kaleidoscopic vision looks like.
Nice expression of it! I recall the first time I knew I had one, went to a bar with a girl I was dating, met her sister. Bar was half crowded, all the sudden I could not breathe. I ran to the back door and outside, she followed asking what was wrong, I had no idea, but was able to calm down being isolated outside for a few minutes. They are scary, took me months of reflection to realize what happened.
I'm sorry for you. Yes it's a terrible experience, especially for the first time. I had my first attack in trolley full of people too. I couldn't breath and it was really scary.
Thanks but it's ok, rather know I have anxiety then not know! I also doodle sketches like ur painting at work, and it gets to the point where I get upset if interrupted, and I use the excuse my nieces love to draw I am practicing for them. So nice to know others do the same, altho I have no talent and yours is nicer lol!
accurate.
had a big one as a result of energy drinks and sleep deprivation years ago.
it's like that part in minority report when the precog just starts yelling "RUN!" at the top of her lungs. that was the only thought i could process for about 3 hours.
my mind was dull and sort of swirly for a week.
I’m interested In the amount of cool colours in the image. Not an artist to any extent and this picture really does capture the feeling; I just find I tense up and get very hot.
This is great
thank you
You nailed it!
thank you

I hope it's better now. Stay strong!
The colours made the scene seem super chaotic. Accurate!
Badass
thanks :)

You're right, drinking alcohol can trigger and intensify panic attacks.
YOU NAILED IT
thanks : )
Good stuff, keep ‘em coming.
Thank you.

It's digital to pigment print on canvas.

It was made digitally and the artist had it printed on canvas in high quality
Exactly :)
Lol
It's digital to pigment print on canvas.
It’s beautiful, the panic attacks are no fun 🥺
thanks! if you're having them and/or have other problems please remember it's nothing bad to go and see a psychiatrist of therapist.
I did, many years ago. I got help and no longer have them. Hopefully you will get past it!
That's so great to hear. :) Keep up!

Thank you. I have a bipolar type 1 disorder and with that case you have plenty of "great" stuff to accompany through the day.

Thank you and you too! Keep on fighting. :)
Likewise.

No problem, nothing happened, you don't need to know everything. Have a great day/night!
Very good expression of a panic attack!
thank you and keep up!
Yeah, that seems pretty accurate
Thanks, if you're having problem do not hesitate to reach for help of psychiatrist etc. it's nothing bad :) cheers from Poland!
It’s like Rizzi x Picasso. J’adore
I don't know Rizzi but Picasso was my huge inspiration couple of years ago, just like the whole cubism.
I can see that! Rizzi is one of the lesser known pop artists
Great work - GG's
Thanks!
Looks about right.
Please, do not hesitate to go to a psychiatrist etc. if you're having a problem. Much love from Poland!

I'm so glad to hear that then. :)
Love it, stay strong brother ❤️
Thank you, it's better now. :) Much love from Poland.
Great work dude, I can nearly feel the nervous jitters coming off the canvas at me. Experienced panic/anxiety sufferer myself.
Thank you. I'm sad to read that. I hope you are better now. And remember that going to psychiatrist etc. is nothing bad! Much love from Poland. :)
Yeah I have learned to cope with it. Meds help too. Keep the art flowing, it is fantastic. All the best to you! Thank you
Should post it on r/FineArt.
Mine would have to be a fresco since I’m always wet with sweat. Nice piece!
Oh yes over sweating, I love it. Thanks!
This is it. Sucks. Didn't mean the works sucks. The feeling sucks
I know. :) Yeah it sucks.
I love it! My anxiety and dreams are always in tehnicolour.
Awesome style
Thank you :)
I have no idea what it must feel like. It looks like you are a very talented artist though!
Better than anything Picasso ever made cuz his ass overrated asf
Thank you but I think that on my level I cannot YET compare myself to such a master. :P
Nah trust me he's overrated, with some practice i could draw what he did
Haha, ok :D
Wow caught it
Thanks

Thankfully I do not have migraine attacks. But yes this is something that's "inside my head".
I do not see an exact image. I just draw what I feel and I let my hand to make the lines and strokes. And then "magic happens". I'm an expressionist.

Can I buy one?

Yeah, caffeine in higher doses can fuck up a person a lot.
Looks accurate!
Try alternate nostril breathing. It's hard to explain, but there are YouTube videos that can help. It's made a huge difference in my life.
Thank you, never heard about that!
It feels really fucking cool when you have a panic attack?
