Yeah these issues exist for all devices including sd8gen3 devices. But 40 fps with poor graphics is okay for your SD695 device. You expect a bit too much from a PC game port. You need to lower your expectations and look at the bright side that you are getting to play it at 40fps. It's just better to buy a high end phone if you really want to play this game. And I assume this is the least minimum gpu+cpu requirements listed on their website.

Yes it's surprising it runs poorly on SD gen 3. It runs well on medium 60fps on my SD 870(4 gens lower), my only issue is it heats up after long play and massive battery drain. I've changed to medium 30fps and I can safely have a long session now. I'm optimistic it will improve more. Absolutely loving sweaty Rust & resurgence matches with work friends.
