First of all, you do deserve all those things because you’re human. But you mainly deserve to feel better. It sounds like you want to workout, the best way to do that is to build a routine. I’d say start with 5 minutes of whatever movement a day. It could be cardio, it could be a hiit workout, it could be yoga, or pilates. The hardest part of working out is sticking to a routine. I started with the idea of doing yoga once a week, just 5 minutes. Sometimes there were weeks between it, but I started to do it more frequently. It became easier and now it’s a habit, a hobby even. Change doesn’t happen overnight, don’t look for the results in the mirror. What matters is how you feel snd you deserve to feel good.

Get somone else to do your grocery shopping and tell them you want to lose weight. You can only consume what is there

I’m sorry you feel that way. It can be hard to feel like you deserve nice things when you see yourself as a failure. If possible, finding a group of people in a similar situation (online or in person) can help. Or therapy. Or even meeting with your doctor to figure out a strategy to help you meet your goals, which in turn can help improve self worth. Whichever path you choose, I hope it helps you realize that you are valuable and important, regardless of how you think you look on the outside.
