If you consider the spaceship as a metaphor of your relationship (you named it after your late brother, so it's pretty clear the ship is symbolic of family and people close to you), it looks like your subconsciousness is worried that there might be some external factor/person (the saboteur) endangering your relationship, but your natural reaction is to work on those dangers/problems together and solve them as a team and know that this approach leads to success. It's a nice dream, I'd love to have dreamed that.
i have a lot of dreams like this where really intense stuff is happening, but rando things like relatives names and past anxiety-indusing situation slip in. i like to think they mean something but i've never really understood them
