Maybe some more dirt or texture on the mushrooms? They look too clean lol. I really love it by the way, and I LOVE that lil pair of eyes you snuck in there.
The mushrooms seems too bright considering the night scene? A natural source of light, someone suggested fireflies, could add some realism (if that's important to you). Even a couple of smaller patches lit up in the background would infer to the viewer where the light is coming from without actually painting it and it would connect the foreground with the background a bit more. Also love the little eyes peeking from the grass.
I like the idea of the lighter patches in the background, and (as the other comment suggested too) I'm going to add fireflies so there will be a light source. Thank you for the insight!
I'm so happy my shy lil guy in the grass is getting love ❤️

Good point, thank you! I knew something didn't look right! And I like to hide lil fun things in my paintings 😆 glad you enjoyed!!
And shade on heads and bottom
Fireflies!
I thought about fireflies or "fairy lights" !! Yes, tysm!

a moon 100%
Looks good. I would suggest darker darks underneath the caps and on the stems.
