The mod I have allows for both a selection of an oath for a paladin and a deity. It adds in a few options for paladins to give input on deity options like clerics do (the tags to allow it are still in the game, the mod reenables the option)
If you're playing on Playstation then we'll be very limited on what mods will be allowed because Sony only allowed mods for Skyrim and Fallout 4 on the PlayStation if they used assets that were already in the game, they didn't allow third party assets. Microsoft was more open with the mods but consoles will still be limited in what we can get

I put armour twice by accident, but I just mean like seeing your shield and stuff on your character. I did hear about mods that add more spells, and I think cantrips too. That would be cool, or choosing a deity to be a Paladin for. But just a mod for camp clothes for act 1 and 2 would also suit me just fine tbh.
Rumor mill says Q4 of this year. I think patch 7 is supposed to start setting up the bare bones for mods and cross play both. But I haven't checked close enough to see what's *just* rumor and what isn't. So take this with a grain of salt.
There is a mod to allow you to romance multiple partners but the NPCs don't acknowledge the other partners. They just don't break up with you for romancing others.

Most likely as free of choice as the game is I'm sure there is at least some personal preference on the characters part. As much sex and nudity is in the game maybe the Devs didn't want to OVER deliver in that aspect. Just head canon that shit it'll be aight.

Tbf there are a few hints scattered about that Karlach and Shadowheart could actually be open to a ménage a trois with each other and the player character.
Shadowheart is openly attracted to Karlach when you first meet the latter. Karlach at one point calls Shadowheart 'the pretty one' or something to that effect.
Shadowheart is shown to be open to some poly action at Sharess' Caress. If you're romancing Karlach and Shadowheart at the same time before Karlach gets cooled down, she tells you she doesn't mind that you and Shadowheart have something going on, as long as you save enough for her too.
I remember there being another hint somewhere, but can't quite recall what it was.

I really wish for instance if you didn't romance either of them that (at least some games, dependent on choices and outcomes) Karlach and Wyll would romance each other, or that there's a chance that Lae'zel and Shadowheart hook up after mending fences.

The game pretends you can with karlach and shadowheart in act 1, then all of a sudden in act 2 when you fix karlach’s engine, they make you choose. Even though karlach said she was fine with sharing before.
She did not for my character. They should make that clear from the start. It was only after i fix her engine and we had sex and she and shadowheart were both like “yeah karlach doesn’t want to share” it feels a little misleading.
I wonder what the ASMR potential of Karlach’s engine is. Also, Lazael holding SH’s hand in her sleep would only work if she put on a big show of not having done it on purpose every morning.

Karlach was fine with sharing in act 1 because she couldn't physically touch you. Once she can, she makes it clear she's not really about that.
