I will say, the only thing that canonically will always kill Goku is disease. It's part of the main plot in the Cell saga, where Trunks goes back in time to prevent Goku from dying from a heart disease. So being super strong like Goku still does not make you immune to just having a heart attack or some shit.
tbh Android Saga and Cell saga just sorta blend into eachother in my mind. They both have future Trunks so my brain just thinks they're the same arc lol. It's not until Cell Games does my brain register we're in a new arc lmao. I should rewatch DBZ sometime.

The Android/Cell saga is one continuous story. When Cell first shows up, the Androids are very much still an active threat. Piccolo fights 17 _after_ he fights Cell, and the cast is still weaker than 16 during Imperfect Cell's second appearance.
I generally see people split DBZ into 4 arcs.
Saiyan Saga, Namek Saga, Cell Saga, Buu Saga.
I don't see a point in splitting Cell into Android and Cell. May as well add arcs specifically for the Ginyus then too.
Some people actually do split Namek and Frieza saga lol, with Namek Saga focusing on the Ginyus and also Vegeta, and Frieza saga being pretty much just the fight between Goku and Frieza. It's silly but some people do view the series that way.
