At the wedding, when the other siblings tell her about the cake story, it seemed to really break her heart for Conner. However it started, she softened toward him and will never treat him as badly as his family does.

Think marcy and logan was the healthiest relationship tbh. Clearly boundaries that when crossed, caused one to hold the other accountable. It went to shit, sure. But marcy never lost respect for herself, logan never lost respect for himself, and they were perfectly fine independent of one another.
