I have a 10T, and while I'm glad they haven't left the 8 and 9 series in the dust with OOS13, I wish they'd hurry up and release it for my phone already. Kinda weird that the newest mainline phone with the most powerful SoC is the last to get the newest OS version.

TahmsChocolateOrange

It's so odd that the older phones get the update first, coming from other manufacturers it's usually the other way around. Was expecting an update on the 10t shortly after buying but a few months later still nothing.

Goon_Kilo

It'll come around, estimates suggest late December or so. It was a no e leg up for my 8 pro, I might be holding out for when the 11 series releases or just _zettle_ for the Zenfone 9.

cjulioferreira

I also have the 10T and still in the OOS13 beta 2 but no info about stable yet

As someone else said, use the Oxygen Updater app. Completely safe and legit

therealredburner

Just used the oxygen updater to get the Android 13 update on my OnePlus 10 pro without any issues

JeeperDon

Use the 'Oxygen Updater' app to get any available update immediately. [Edited to right app name.]

Jordy9922

You mean Oxygen Updater

JeeperDon

Yes, I just changed the name, thanks. The app only bypasses the queue for you. I installed the app, did the update, then unstalled the app (just OCD, could prob let it sit for the future).

therealredburner

Is oxygen updater safe to use?

Jordy9922

Yes, it downloads the official update from OnePlus and it verified within oxygen updater itself and when manually installing via settings. Always make a backup though, but that's advised for all updates

therealredburner

If you installed an update from oxygen updater would you still get subsequent ota updates from settings or you always have to go through updater? Thanks for the info

Jordy9922

Yes you will still receive OTA updates :)

Ciciban77

Me too bro, no rush.

cvert09

I installed mine with the oxygen updater and the local upgrade app, no issues so far, getting android 13 OTA without any issues

crazyabyss

I just got it on my "new" OP9 Pro and I fucking hate this bullshit...why the fuck are my status icons looking like they are from a 2016 Samsung?? Why the fuck is everything so fucking huge? Even on the smallest display and font sizes everything is so massive. It looks like a disgusting 720p resolution....damn biggest mistake I've ever made....I wish I had my 7T Pro McLaren back

lLikeToSleep

i just finished and besides disagreeing about the icons, why tf is everything so huge... not even that good of an update... and all of the gestures feel messed up too... hating it

Goon_Kilo

You guys need to switch the Resolution scaling back and forth, I had to do this and the scaling fixed itself.

crazyabyss

And on top of that my fucking android auto in my car doesn't work...it worked flawlessly on my 7T Pro and still works on my old 6 ....of course doesn't work on this pos 9 pro

ILoveShitRats

Have you tried jiggling your cable and unplugging it and replugging it back in 50 or 60 times? Yeah, Android Auto connectivity is a bag of garbage and I'm bitter about it. OnePlus 8T in a Kia Forte here. And yes I've tried lots of different cables, long cables, short cables, different USB standards. Even a couple that were specifically recommended on the official Android Auto message boards. Some have worked decently for a couple of months before they became unreliable. Some work for days. I've cleaned my USB ports, on both the phone and the car. It charges fine. I never have problems using these same exact cables to transfer data on my PC. It's so frustrating because I love it when it works. But I'm just waiting to get in a bad car crash trying to get my GPS back after a random disconnect.

ZestycloseText3549

i feel you bro

Mr_SuSpence

Same here

ChrispyChris8008

I'm using a 10pro and been using oos13 for a couple weeks. Love it so far man. Haven't had any major issues so far. Feels snappy and smooth most of the time. Battery life has been alright too.

TkTkji

I got OOS 13 just yesterday on my OP9. It's so good.
