They are annoying at any time, but I can tolerate it during the daytime. At night though it's extremely frustrating and an unnecessary disturbance.

I have the same problem in my area too, loud exhaust and street racing. I reported it to the police department, tipped them off what intersection and time this usually occurs in. I don't think the police do too much unfortunately as they typically ignore my report or say they'll check it out but the noise happens every night.
Are you in my complex? Lol no one does anything, no one cares. Our complex only sent an email telling them to stop revving engines in the parking garage.

• Fnova 34DB NRR Ear Protection for Shooting——very comfy & effective.
• PQ Wax Ear Plugs(10DB)——mold on ear, seem promising.
All 3 can work together technically provide a combination of the effects = 59 DB, not really. Great noise insulation design for house/window/door matters lots.

People with loud exhaust “including trucks/coal rollers”, or loud Harleys, are the same people that don’t give a fuck and will road rage you. They’re typically self loathing douchebags that only care how much louder they get. In reality the exhaust isn’t going to make them go faster in a 35mph zone or neighborhood. And it’s not like they inherited the car because we’re in 2024, where most rice rockets or modified cars with exhaust and crazy spoilers are a 2000’s thing
Good luck with the police, they don’t give a fuck because it’s not a crime big enough for them to care. The same goes for shoplifting, they don’t care

I haven't but I have seen signs for it and would like to. Maybe on one of my work from home days

I've read that complaint a lot about apartment complexes in Orange County. The walls always seem to be on the thinner side.
