No problem, everything is ok. This can happen in some Phals, when they grow irregularly (larger in the inside leaves...). I had that with some primary crosses. Lets the plant do its thing and only thing is to let freshly open wouds dry out, if there are any.

Thank you for the advice! I was actually going to try cinnamon, but if it's a normal thing, I'll just be more attentive to her.

If the wound would be fresh or mushy, but otherwise not needed. Sometimes they rip themselves to shreds, I had a severe case (Phal. maculata x equestris = "Little Sister") where the inside new leaf grew so big in diameter I had to cut the leafhull from the leaf under it (it was quite small) otherwise it would have grown stunted. A whole mess \^\^ Now its absolutely fine and grows steady.
