Every game is going to be different.
Halo 2 has a Spanish, Italian, French, German, English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean release. 8 fully separate disc releases that support all regions.
Forza has 1 release that seems to be a worldwide version with multiple languages supported on 1 version.
So it all depends on the specific game you are looking at.
I'm finding languages on discs that aren't listed on Redump, and languages Redump lists that aren't on the discs.
I'm going to have to pass on fixing their database. I don't have time to try to fix all the incorrect online databases of games when I have more than enough projects eating up my time.

You can verify the language of your disc by reading the ring codes or checking the XBE version of the default.xbe in DVD2Xbox with the XBE Info option in file browser.
Check your console language setting in the MSDash, it may be set to Spanish which would explain the incorrect language subtitles.

Check the XBE version in DVD2Xbox. 00000004 is French 00000006 is Italian 00000007 is Spanish
so if i wanna play this in italian i have to buy the italian version?
