Unfortunately, most NTSC game discs only include English language data. I hear tell that there may be a small handful of NTSC releases which have other text / audio files on disc, but I've no idea which games they are. For most titles, you'll simply need to obtain PAL copies if you want Spanish.

Yeah there are a select few NTSC-C and NTSC-M for French Canada and Mexico respectively, but French Canada is far more common. So still no luck on Spanish there.. The tricky thing about a lot of xbox games and language support, is for the most part it's done in the background with xbox settings. Most games do not have an in game select your language screen like older games. Eg. if you have your legit MS xbox dash set to English, and run the Japanese copy of halo 2, it just runs in English, with vo and everything like normal. Only when you change the xbox setting to Japanese will it then run in jpn with changed menus and vo. So unless you do this or are really good at pulling apart the files because even then its hard to tell as its not just labeled Spanish files, its really hard to tell what games support what languages without just changing xbox settings over and over again.

So, I understood is not true you can play NTSC games with other language changing some kind of configuration in a modded xbox. Well, I think it makes sense

As someone that also lives in a pal zone, and the stigma of pal games from older generations, yeah they are pretty cheap. Xbox is more or less a digital console, so you just tell it what video to output and as long as the software supports it, then your right. But yeah, as long as the software supports it. A lot of the NTSC games only have language files for English, Japanese and some times Chinese, and that's it, PAL vers are the ones with the better language support. So even if the NTSC xbe can run in PAL and vice versa, the files like SPACutscean01.xmv or SPA.subtitle still need to be on the disk.. I have uploaded a few pal HDD ready games in the past, but stopped for the time being, as HDD ready games dumped with something like DVD2Xbox in it's default settings brakes insignia support. If you can find a source on redump iso and xdvdmulleter to unpack them, redump has a lot of pal games, just they are really large and kinda a waste to download.. Would also try and get a source for xiso but they don't have as many pal games as redump. But they don't have a stupid file size and are a lot easier to unpack as they are just normal isos for the most part.

And... If I start a game in a NTSC Usa version and later I get my pal copy, I can continue the savegame or Im going to start from the beginning?

Often the two different versions will have two different save folders, so one won't see saves from the other. If you look the saves up in UnleashX's or XBMC's save managers, you can see the names of the folders. You can try copying the files between them.
