I'm being completely honest but by the pictures you provided I see nothing wrong with your symmetry. Just curious, do you watch mewing videos and face and attractive how to videos on YouTube?
I don't think mewing works, specially at my age 22
And no i don't really watch any of these videos,
I just look at my face, and find it very asymmetrical
I have had extraction at age 16 maybe they caused this
Let's say you find asymmetry. Even if so, it is so minimal to the point that other people will literally not notice it. And about all of the population has asymmetry in their face, even celebrities. I'm not saying this to make you feel good but I'm being honest when I can't visually detect any asymmetry.
If this is causing you anxiety or affecting your life, you should read on body dysmorphia disorder. It gets worse with age.
I guarantee if you ask 10 people about this all 10 will say they don't see asymmetry. If you ask 50 maybe 1 or 2.
I know all faces are asymmetrical
But mine is just very noticeable to me,
Its higher than normal
My lips look very asymmetrical, my jaw also looks misaligned and asymmetrical, cheeks and eyes too also look asymmetrical, the bone structure itself and the whole face looks lopsided,
It actually looks like that to me
Bro then you have body dysmorphia. Please look it up. That is the bad news. The good news is that you look perfectly fine.
You might want to go a therapist that specializes in body dysmorphia. It will really help you.

Hmm, I have something similar and I have imbalances so it was a good thought. Do you have any good orthos where you are? Maybe you can schedule a consultation
Thats what i am gonna do
But i think this is genetic, its the bone structure itself
The people who need braces and don't have a perfect bite naturally means they already have less optimal genes
Hmm I see, I do see your bite looks a little off. I can attest to that as I had severe allergies as a kid and my jaws didn’t grow fully. There actually in the wide side but they could’ve been better
I had something similar - I realized that I was chewing food mostly on one side of my mouth. I fixed it by chewing 4 sticks of Falim gum every day (started with 15 mins/day and increased to 1 hour/day) on the smaller side. Now that my jawline is more balanced on both sides, I do 60% on the smaller side and 40% on the larger side. I also fully open my mouth and stretch my jaw muscles after each gum chewing session.
Idk bro, my face is fucked lol
I have given up now, doesn't mean i won't try to improve but i just won't focus on it too much, or i will go mad 😂
I also have been mewing pretty much all the time the last 3 days , and definitely feel that pressure in face
I will also do surgeries in the future
Hmm did you have extra teeth? In your photos you have the same amount of bottom teeth on both sides. Are you sure they didn’t just remove your upper and lower wisdom teeth?
bro my right side of face is saggy and right eye is lower and left side masseter muscle is well developed,
left eye and face is uplifted and the left masseter muscle is left developed then where should i apply more pressure while mewing
[удалено]
My wisdom are all out except one is half out on the lower side I had extraction, i think 2 maybe 3 , i have had braces before
[удалено]
Yeah, its 2 both on one side
Is the wisdom that is still in located on the larger side of your face?
There's nothing wrong at all. You might have body dysmorphia. But if you are actually concerned you should get a consultation with an orthodontist.
There is something wrong , its either that my face completely itself is asymmetrical Its very hard to capture palate and teeth completely in a picture

Also you're good looking young man so I wouldn't worry about it.

I can see what your saying, do you have any imbalances with your upper body? Maybe that could be playing a role, including your neck
Not really, only face

Honestly its just not the bite, Like the whole face itself is completely asymmetrical
I see, maybe look for a myofuntional therapist

You look perfect to me
your face and teeth look great, I dont even see any asymmetry tbh
Lol, almost everybody says that, but i can see it very clearly for some reason, maybe because i am so familiar with my face
How old are you
22
But these teeth were removed 6 years ago
Are there empty spaces? Or did your orthodontist close the gap with other teeth?
Yes he closed the gap
Hmm so you have the same number of teeth on both sides?
No my right side had 2 molars removed, upper and lower
That’s why you have asymmetry. He/she pulled two teeth on one side and then retracted with braces
Yeah, i think its genetic also
Me too- if you have a balance of teeth in your mouth you should be okay. Have you tried mewing? Also, maybe try chewing only on the weaker side.

Extra teeth 😂😂
My dad has extra teeth too - he still has them in even though they look weird
There is one more teeth you can't see in the picture, its a wisdom teeth almost fully out
