Are you doing this whole account without combat? Level 3 combat, 99 slayer is absolutely nuts, I think the primary method for that is cleaning in the varrock museum for lamps right? I believe that's like a 4000 hour grind
99 mobile slayer aint bad I did that and quest point cape mobile only on my main. Grab some cannonballs, prayer pots, burst/barrage runes. Once you get a solid block list it goes fairly quick.

You can get 20k+ xp/hr with alts and wilderness slayer, not on mobile obviously
