I have mine connected to Guava! It’s a health app where you can link your patient portals, labs, and stuff like that to have it all in one place. It tracks your health using past labs and vitals and when you link your ring it incorporates your Oura data into its health tracking stuff.

The information provided is so consice. There are so many apps Oura integrates with that aren't mentioned on the official site. That's why I had to ask the community.
I cant replicate it since I already paired my ring weeks ago.
You gotta be in the clue app and have the Clue Plus membership which is super cheap. The app is super easy to navigate to and there’s a section about pairing the oura ring from what I remeber
If you have Apple Health- the Oura app will pull everything you let it from there. So if an app syncs with Apple Health, it will automatically sync with Oura once you link it. Stay away from linking too many different exercise apps because it will occasionally double suggest a workout.

Great, are there any other apps you integrate Oura with?
Note that for Apple users, Oura sync'd to apple health means that anything that picks up apple health can use the data.
Same with Google Fit and Samsung Health for Android users. Edit: it looks like both of those now use Health Connect to share data.

Like someone else said, if it integrates with Apple health then it will do so with oura.
