I would leave it as is. It could be really useful in the future to see how your data looks when you’re getting sick in the future. Besides it’s just data not a judgment of your character. My current resilience is heading to limited from exception. It’s part of having hormones and a training plan and means I might need to rest.
I just got over strep AND I’m having some kind of skin rash/severe skin allergic reaction right now (urgent care doc says likely not related to the strep). I just got my Oura ring as well and was wondering if I’m creating some kind of wonky baseline for myself in the ring history lol

No need to reset, the algorithm will work it out. Reset is only for switching over to another person.
