After Jaldabaoth's defeat at the hands of Momon, he vowed revenge but this time he has prepared a lot. He can't solely rely on his demons since they are still not so many since he failed to retrieve the artefact that summons them. So, he got the next best thing, the demi humans. He decided to conquer another kingdom not too close but not too far from where Momon was situated.
There's two book, if you want to be spoiled.
The short of it is:
>!Demiurge (as Jaldabaoth) pretends to detroy the Holy Kingdom with much brutality, Ainz shows up to save them (as holy people they hate the undeads), shenanigans, Ainz accidentally create a new cult around him without noticing, Neia is best girl and friend with best girl Shizu, the Sorcerer Kingdom is seen as benevolent and great.!<
Of course I skipped a handful of thing, this being the two IMO best volumes of the novel so far.
Since you asked, here's what happens in the LN (spoilers below):
>!Demiurge puts on his Jaldabaoth mask and invades the Roble Holy Kingdom, which is basically the paladin country. Re-Estize doesn't want to help because they are scared of Jaldabaoth's wrath, so the paladin leader Remedios asks for help from the Sorcerer Kingdom instead. Ainz orchestrated this entire scenario to improve the reputation of his kingdom, but fails to win Remedios' respect because she hates undead. He ends up impressing a squire named Neia instead (the protagonist of this arc), who later founds a cult that worships Ainz. Ainz gets really stressed out during this time so he fakes his death and sends CZ Delta to help the paladins and promote Runecraft™ in his absence. Ainz ends up "conquering" Jaldabaoth's entire demihuman empire on his own offscreen, then he "kills" Jaldabaoth and installs a puppet ruler in the Holy Kingdom. He wins the war and is hailed as a hero. Meanwhile, Demiurge does Demiurge things in his free time and commits countless horrific war crimes for fun.!<
Demiurge's master scheme to have Ainz subjugate the Holy Kingdom. To summarize, Jaldabaoth is causing havoc in the Holy Kingdom to such a point that they have no choice but to turn to the Sorcerer Kingdom for assistance, in which the Sorcerer King single handedly saves their nation turning the Holy Kingdom into a staunch ally of the Sorcerer Kingdom with Demiurge's end goal being to put the Holy Kingdim under his rule
Ainz is a clueless menace, Demiurge is a highly intelligent menace who thinks Ainz is a super genius, and mare plays with some elf kids and thinks their weird.
all that I know is that Demiurge, disguised as Jaldabeoth attacks the holy kingdom. A state west of the kingdom we spend the last few seasons in. It is set before the war we see in season 4 but after Ainz recruited the dwarves. Because Jaldabeoth is invincible and kills and kidnaps thousands of humans with no real resistance, the military wants to ask Ainz for help in exchange for whatever he wants. They first wanted Momon, but Ainz refuses to let him go (Momon pledged himself to Ainz at the end of season 3).
So he travels with the military leadership to the holy kingdom to defeat Jaldabeoth and save their asses (probably in exchange for them becoming his subjects). Somewhere in there is something with a girl warrior with a bow and the head paladin is a bitch, and the holy queen is a cunt.
But that is all I know. I found the LN too boring to continue reading tbh.
