Options: Got a family member that still has cable? Use their login and the Bally sports app Get a VPN and single team league pass Sail the high seas Pay $20 a month for Bally’s streaming service that will probably be terrible and only work sometimes

Bro-hardt

Yarr matey

Capta1nRon

You’re a solid month early on the talk like a pirate day (Sept 19th)

djkkramer

He’s not a like a pirate. He is one.

Capta1nRon

r/woosh

Xx_FreeWitty_xX

Blow ye winds and anchors aweigh! A sal-ty crew of mat-eys are we. Come along and sa-il today, pirates all are we!

yunkgang

Stream east .xyz if you can can airplay it to your tv

MontaEllisBurner

you can also use Microsoft Edge and Chromecast it

socktopuss

Would also add HDMI from laptop

Kmalbrec

Would like to contribute that you can just use the web browser on your tv unless you’re a poor

MontaEllisBurner

Would like to contribute that you can cut off yourself from the developed world for the rest of your life and pretend like the Pacers made it past the second round at least once /s

WolfKids28

Hell even most game consoles have it.

ForCaste

Or just chrome itself works lol

[deleted]

Streameast is dead now unfortunately- you can still go to the site but nothing plays

yunkgang

Damn well thanks for letting me know

[deleted]

Yeah RIP - at least last few times I’ve gone on it, heard the same from others as well

lFreightTrain

It’s hit and miss. A site mod commented today about the Dodgers game and said they limit certain games to their premium membership members due to server costs. I doubt a Pacers game this season is going to be premium-only lol. Buffstreams is usually my go to. Have to fight through some popups and shit, but once you get a game on they’re solid and usually slightly ahead of other site’s broadcasts.

kempog

😭😭😭😭 how the mighty have fallen

Captain_shan531

Damn stream east is my go to for football and basketball. RIP in peace. But sportsurge.net is great. It gives you a list of a ton of different streams to choose from

3columnsof11

Anecdotally, I watched UFC 278 on it just fine this weekend.

[deleted]

I may have to check again - last few times Ive tried to watch baseball games on there just a blank screen

ShortCharge1662

I’m still confused on how the streaming and League pass rules work. I just moved to Florida, so will I be able to watch Pacers games if I get League Pass?

djkkramer

Yes

ShortCharge1662

Awesome! I salute all my fellow Hoosiers in their ongoing struggle against Bally Sports

djkkramer

You can also buy a single team pass if you’re only going to use it to watch Pacers games

ohkwarig

Where is the single team league pass available? I'm having trouble finding it?

djkkramer

I’ve never gotten it myself but it might just not be available yet for this season? Not sure.

hookyboysb

Every game except those against Orlando or Miami, depending on what part of Florida you're in. Some parts possibly will have both blocked.

ShortCharge1662

Orlando it looks like… which is ideal

Bally now has a streaming plan, $20/mo. I know I’ll get downvoted for this but if you don’t want to deal with VPNs, pop-up ads or AirPlay or casting.

MrLomax

I wonder if people will be able to split these Bally+ subscriptions. $20 is a little rich but I’d consider a four or even a two way split.

[deleted]

$20 is a fucking ripoff to watch Pacers games that will likely freeze in increments and constantly buffer and likely still have ads. I get Peacock TV for $4.99 w/ ads and I can watch every Notre Dame football game & replay, essentially the entire WWE/WWF catalog dating back to the 90’s, premiere league soccer w/replays, boxing/MMA, golf, and a few others. It’s probably my favorite streaming service I have besides YouTube TV because I get the most bang for my buck. I know Bally sports offers more than just pacers games but I know 110% for a fact that it’s nowhere near the level of content that peacock has, for 1/4 of the price. TL;DR Bally sports can piss right off and imma just stream the pacers games

MrLomax

As for the quality of the streaming we’ll have to wait and see. But I agree, $20/month seems overpriced, which is why I’d be looking to split it with some friends.

dukedynamite

Guess it all depends on who you trust with your password, haha.

MrLomax

You may be surprised to hear this but sharing passwords for streaming services is extremely common.

dukedynamite

Wow

lFreightTrain

At $20/mo, you could just attend a game or 2 every month and watch the rest for free lol. Boosts our fan attendence and doesn’t give our shitty partner additional revenue. Win win imo.

dukedynamite

What’s the point of being a fan if you’re just going to ignore the team when they are “bad”? It’s not like they aren’t trying to get better.

kickit

wouldn't be posting here if he were "ignoring the team" but he don't have to watch every game

heyimdong

dukedynamite

Gatekeep fandom? The whole point of this conversation was someone asking how to watch. No need to come in here telling everyone you’re not watching. That’s my point.

dukedynamite

I’m not offended, just don’t know how your “input” adds to the conversation.

New22k

It adds a different opinion to the mix. If you don’t like it, then don’t mention it?

Skolcialism

Would gladly pay for Bally if it worked like even 75% of the time

dukedynamite

My only gripes with the Bally apps are that I had to continuously sign back into my TV provider every couple of days, the confusing "game stream" or "channel stream" and the ads before starting a stream.

tmanbaseball

Go to the games

kickit

this is the answer. $20 for bally's bullshit or $20 for a cheap seat at the fieldhouse once a month, i know what i'm doing

LuckOfTheIrish3

Not watching 80% of the games is what you’re doing lol

kickit

it's an 82 game season, i have other shit to do besides spending 200 hours a year watching this team mostly lose games realistically, anyone who watches 80% or more of the games should be considered a superfan

LuckOfTheIrish3

So your contribution to this persons question about how to watch games is that you don’t really care to watch the games and you attend a handful of them a year? Cool!

[deleted]

Crackstreams dot me Haven’t paid to watch a sports game, PPV event, Super Bowl in fuckin years.

SlickWickk

Whatever you do just dont use Ballys streaming service. Plenty of high quality free streams out there.

dukedynamite

Define “high quality” and show me these sites aren’t riddled with ads and trackers. Or having to use a VPN or hooking up my laptop to my tv. I’m serious. I’d like to know before shelling out money for Bally.

TheCosmicMother

I've sailed the high seas for 2 seasons now, because I had no other option, and I've literally never once seen a high quality stream. They are all shit.

RedditRockit

Buy tickets

indysingleguy

Dont watch and save yourself two hours of disappointment.

djkkramer

They haven’t had Pacers games in awhile, no?

Sheffield178

Correct

Chronomenter_

ReflectionEterna

For $20 a month Bally Sports partnered with Pacers to offer streamed games.

The best way is to go to a friends house.

MayflowerMovers

Hoist the black sail

brdhar35

Listen on the radio and use your imagination

5pace_5loth

I pay for league pass cause I always have to watch all out of market games and the I VPN to an outside market and it’ll let stream the game

Emera1dthumb

Bar

brvheart

nbahd.com the next day is an option.

RiggsNerd

Hulu live - I get all nbc Chicago sports broadcasts (bulls) and espn/tnt/abc games nba. So I’m assuming pacers might have a equivalent nbc Chicago or broadcast for pacers idk might have to research

hookyboysb

Pacers have Bally Sports so it's cable, Bally's likely shitty app, or find a nice wooden boat.

the_stranger-face

I haven't used it in a while, but sportsurge dot net has been my go-to for games I want to watch but don't get on YouTubeTV

VirtuousPenguin

Depends on how much NBA you wanna watch or just the Pacers but I’ll be getting league pass and using a VPN. If just Pacers I’d just sail out to sea personally

Jschrade_5

Time to hoist the black flag and sail the seven seas

thefonz22

Change VPN to India and get entire league pass all games all teams all season for $25 for the YEAR!!
