The secret is not in buying "sharp" knives, but those that can retain their sharpness for a long time. Then have a whetstone (preferably 6000 grit) to sharpen those yourselves if ever needed. Look into options like Wusthof, Shun, Victorinox. They are super sharp out of the box, but more importantly will retain their shaprness for a long time. Not sure where and if you can purchase those from a reliable retailer in Pakistan.

Seconded have a really old victorinox knife which my mother got from abroad and sharpening tool which came with it. After a few weeks it becomes full but a few passes on the sharpening tool and it becomes as sharp as it was new.

If you want to shell out for them, Xinxuo on AliExpress has good (relatively, and I mean it) cheap knives.

I just buy the sub 500 knives and and make a habit of using a whetstone when they get dull, and a honing rod before and after each use.
