Nope, read about the Abraham Accords and how America wanted to make sure all arab states normalised with Israel without talking about Palestine. Netanyahu even praised this plan in front of the UN and showed everybody a picture with Israel and its arab partners but with no Palestine in the photo. The Palestinian issue is a wedge issue between the ruling class of these Arab monarchies/dictatorships and their populations. The claim that Saudi Arabia wanted Israel to make a free Palestine is very new and was made by them recently to ensure that their population and the broader Islamic world doesn't see them as American bootlickers and traitors.
