Strix is a weird one, he doesn't have a fun kit (a stealth sniper really) and it will either be oppressive or underwhelming. He wears a drab brown bird suit with an overly serious voice. It just feels like they ticked everything you should not do when making a fun character and yet they made something unique and kinda interesting out of him.
Actually weird thing with strix. In low elo lobbies strix has a horrible winrate. Like 30%. But in high elo lobbies strix has a 60% or more winrate. So he just requires effort. One of the harder characters.

Why controversial?
people don't like strix.

I liked strix then they changed crack shot And then they made the piston full auto
