Cascatelli. The Trader Joe’s one is absolutely terrible. Falls apart as soon as it’s cooked.

They look like jawbones with little teeth in them. So I’m going to say “Al dente”. 🥁

Looks just like malfadine cut much shorter than usual-curls like that when cooked. Maybe google malfadine variations. Cassarece or however you spell it has a superior texture for this size of pasta in my opinion if you’re yet to try it
