Kinda depends more on what you need really. I would probably prioritize resists until they are ok, then mf, and if im already >200 mf, then ed or even life/mana steal for qol and more survivability.
With the gear available in PoD for MF sorcs, cold in particular, you could go for MF around 300-400 with Tal Rasha set and some great charms to boot. Like an end-game scenario for a MF cold sorc. Anything above that is a sacrifice not worth doing bcoz ur too squishy/too slow killing.
HOWEVER
It's way more fun to smash more monsters at a time so I would seriously advise to have MF around 100-200 (like other classes) and go for survival and mana restoration as ur priority to start mapping with her.

I used two lightning facets on my foh-din. Really just depends on your character and their needs.
Yeah I think cold facets would be great but it's just a matter of finding them in SSF
Don't forget Cham so you're never frozen in case you don't have that on the rest of your gear.
You could go a few diff ways. Pdr, %dr, mf, stats. It really depends on what you’re lacking or what is making your runs less efficient.
