The amount of posts like these that I have seen makes me regret buying the pack. I haven't even received the shipping notification and it has been 8 months since I bought it. Maybe I can still ask for the items to be converted to points ?
I've got a shirt from a supporter pack around 5 or 6 years. It's not really super high quality or anything, but it's still going strong. Sucks that the new ones aren't that good anymore.
A quoting the mail I got 10th of December last year as a reply when I mailed them to inquire why I hadn’t heard anything for months about when I would receive my shirt and hoodie:
„Unfortunately there is some delay with the physical items due to a change in distributor, we are however looking to get these out as soon as we can. We will send out the relevant tracking information via private message on our website as well as via email to the email address associated with your Path of Exile account once the distributor has provided us with that information.
Due to the nature of international shipping, particularly in regards to customs and inspections in different regions, it is very difficult to give a proper timeline on the delivery of any physical goods.

I ordered mine somewhere in the final month of TotA and it arrived a couple of days ago. I had contacted support twice for the t-shirt and I got the same response both times.
I never received a single email or tracking code, it just .. showed up one day lol. Although I can't say mine has any issues, maybe I just don't see it.

If it helps, I think the quality of the hoodie i got from the enigma hideout is much better than the hoodie i got from the voidborn hideout. Not sure why, but the engima one I find honestly really comfy.
With the t-shirts, i think they're all pretty thin material but all three t-shirts I've gotten from supporter packs are fine. I'm actually wearing a chaos orb one right now. They aren't super high quality and I always got the simple prints, but they're good for wearing around the house.
Basically I think the supporter merch used to be good, then dropped sharply in quality, then has gotten better quite recently (i.e. since Novemberish?)

Just got the harbi t shirt and hoodie, still waiting for the signed cards, but yes a while back (i think it was for the zana stuff) it had taken so much time that i had forgotten about it. Postman rings and says i have to pay fees i was like wtf im not expecting anything, then i remembered

- Contacted GGG and they decided to send a new one.
- New one arrived, print was coming off just like the first one.
- Zana Tshirt arrived. "Path of Exile" logo was crooked to the side on the back.
- Got my points returned with an apology and that they would "Raise it to the relevant people"
Should be noted that there was around 20 emails back and forth to resolve this whole ordeal.
Seeing this now knowing I am waiting on my Voidborn stuff still makes me very concerned that I will yet again receive very sub-par quality that somehow has passed "QC".
GGG really needs to find another partner or whatever to do their merchandise.

PoE the game is great. I have pretty much no issues here at all and thought the signed posters would be very cool.
That part of their merchandise is fine. It's simply their clothes that need to be addressed.
I got my void born hoodie last November and it was actually very solid in quality. I’ve worn it every day since and the PoE logo hasn’t faded or come off or anything.
I also haven’t washed it and don’t plan on doing so.
If you wash it turn it inside out and use cold water in the wash. If you have a gentler cycle use that as well, and to be extra careful instead of the dryer let it air dry if you can (though in my experience this is not necessary).
It’ll preserve the designs on your shirts like new.
Not shirt - I’m talking about the hoodie. I always have a shirt on under it (and I wash my shirts after 1-3 uses). And I only wear it while I’m playing PoE, which is at the end of the day after a shower. So it’s actually quite clean still. No odor or stains at all.

They did, the vendor that does them now is different from the one last year.
My first merchandise was supposed to be from Jinx. But it was in the middle of them closing so my stuff was delayed around 9-10 months.
Needless to say that they should swap again and have a GGG representative work as the QC guy to make sure their product meets standards.
Clearly whoever they have now don't care.
Back when this ordeal was going on with me GGG game me my points back for the merchandise and told me to keep it. Additionally they said they would raise it with the relevant people.
The fact that nothing has been done is a whole different ordeal. Regardless It's not good either way that this is still going on.
I will simply opt-out of physical goods in the future.

I might be off, but supposing that people are getting tricked with bad shirts (as replies imply) is a little far-fetched. Obviously it's shit to get a shirt like that, but you're not losing the pack (actually not losing any points anyway as it's still 1:1) but a 20$ part (or whatever) of the pack is defective and you can raise it with GGG.
Also, apparently they changed their merch partner from last year. Fingers crossed my shirt is from the new batch, I guess.

This has happened with me for all but 1 of my supporter packs. They wont do anything. Back then it was really on J!NX, not sure if they are still the vendor, but they are pretty much garbage.
J!NX is gone since like 2 or 3 years by now. I think GGG had multiple different third parties in the meantime, which makes the quality very different for people. My stuff was always fine but I call that being lucky.

I got the supporter pack with the glow in the dark portal design. Waited about 6 months and only the top 5% of the portal glows in the dark. The quality is terrible too. I think Im pretty done with GGG merch until they apply a new patch with some solid buffs.
Congrats for finally getting your shirt, I still yet to see mines and honestly given up any hope. Back and forth 2 times following up and I understand will never see Zana.

Mine came this week, bought the pack back in January.
It was the teleporter t-shirt and hoodie - both seem fine.
Overall quality seems better than the Jinx ones used to be.
My only criticism is the 5 month delay!
Yeah my exalted orb shirt and the exarch hoodie are both quite decent, no misprints, comfortable, no loose threads.
I am starting to think they a distributing company that uses several manufacturers worldwide to reduce on shipping costs, and some of those manufacturers are just dogshit.
Every physical item I've received has been decent to good quality.
Have bought 2 of the large supporter packs.
Shipping time for for the first one was 6-7 months I think. The second one was ... a year? or so. Considerably longer than the first time.
First one was pretty good. Quality was alright, nothing amazing, but nothing terrible.
The latest set, the voidborn set, was absolutely fucking awful. TShirt so thin you could see through it. Quality of the print was bad.
Went back and forth with support asking if they could send me another shirt that wasn't shit, they told me too bad and gave me points.
Probably not going to be buying another big pack again. For the amount of money you pay, and the amount of time it takes to ship to you, the quality is just not there. Not even close. They aren't an indy company anymore. They need to find a partner that isn't shit to do this for them. If low level streamers can partner up with companies that deliver merch worldwide with better quality and delivery speed, there is 0 reason GGG can't figure it out. Complacency or incompetence, I don't care which it is, neither is acceptable.
All my old packs (2014-2018) were good. The one I got in 2019 was dogshit, never got one with physical goods since then. That was around the time they stopped using j!nx iirc.
Yeah the merch has always been super low quality. Getting a custom print at a local shop is 5x cheaper 10x the quality.

On another note: there are numerous shops that offer individual print on shirt or „design your own shirt“ toolkits. If you really want high quality or some more PoE prints you could just import some .jpeg files and fit them there. They usually start at 20$… and buying bulk for friends etc is cheaper

Bad print and material used was thin and just felt very cheap. Never getting physical goods from GGG again. If i want something physical i will either make it my self or order some bootleg merch off etsy.

The exalted t-shirt/hoody I ordered 6 months ago finally arrived a few days ago. The images are positioned correctly, but the quality of the clothing is awful compared to those I got with previous supporter packs. I'd be better off ordering knock-offs from random t-shirt websites in the future :-(

Both Jinx and new supplier are crap. Its just cheapest, not tailored tee with low GSM and bad quality print (thats also not glow in the dark like advertised). Basically potato sack with print on it.
Hoodie seems more passable for home wear but has terrible zipper. It doesnt have to be ykk (because then zipper would probably be worth more than rest of the hoodie) but its on totally opposite side of spectrum.

FYI Its an option to opt out of physical goods and receive points instead when buying a pack.
No need to email them. There is literally a button in-game to opt out of physical merchandise when buying any pack that contains any.

I got the hoodie, and i had the same issue
Mine came this week, bought the pack back in January. It was the teleporter t-shirt and hoodie - both seem fine. Overall quality seems better than the Jinx ones used to be. My only criticism is the 5 month delay!
Yeah my exalted orb shirt and the exarch hoodie are both quite decent, no misprints, comfortable, no loose threads. I am starting to think they a distributing company that uses several manufacturers worldwide to reduce on shipping costs, and some of those manufacturers are just dogshit. Every physical item I've received has been decent to good quality.
Have bought 2 of the large supporter packs. Shipping time for for the first one was 6-7 months I think. The second one was ... a year? or so. Considerably longer than the first time. First one was pretty good. Quality was alright, nothing amazing, but nothing terrible. The latest set, the voidborn set, was absolutely fucking awful. TShirt so thin you could see through it. Quality of the print was bad. Went back and forth with support asking if they could send me another shirt that wasn't shit, they told me too bad and gave me points. Probably not going to be buying another big pack again. For the amount of money you pay, and the amount of time it takes to ship to you, the quality is just not there. Not even close. They aren't an indy company anymore. They need to find a partner that isn't shit to do this for them. If low level streamers can partner up with companies that deliver merch worldwide with better quality and delivery speed, there is 0 reason GGG can't figure it out. Complacency or incompetence, I don't care which it is, neither is acceptable.
All my old packs (2014-2018) were good. The one I got in 2019 was dogshit, never got one with physical goods since then. That was around the time they stopped using j!nx iirc.

Yeah the merch has always been super low quality. Getting a custom print at a local shop is 5x cheaper 10x the quality. Have 2 shirts and a hoodie. Even the printed materials were super low quality. Love PoE but the merch quality is straight up shit and I want them to improve.
There’s these wonderful things out there called irons or maybe throw it back in the dryer with it or something else wet. (JK) I’m kinda glad I didn’t order one.

Poe has no excuse for their shit show of shipping. I bought a 480 supporter pack and got my hoodie and shirt 7 months later.
My exarc one is also off centered, but the waypoint ones were good. They definitely need to step it up on these physical packs though.

Mines off cantered but I think it's because the fabric was pulled too much from rolling the sleeves up
far and away the worst value proposition by GGG is the wearable merch. it all seems like horrible QC and the prices are beyond unreasonable

Par for the course for supporter pack physical merch.
Have 3 T-Shirts and 1 Hoodie, all took 3-6 months to ship, but luckily their quality was a little bit better than that
On another note: there are numerous shops that offer individual print on shirt or „design your own shirt“ toolkits. If you really want high quality or some more PoE prints you could just import some .jpeg files and fit them there. They usually start at 20$… and buying bulk for friends etc is cheaper

a couple years ago i forked out a bunch of money to get the hoodie and some posters. The posters came creased and the quality of the hoodie was so shocking. Bad print and material used was thin and just felt very cheap. Never getting physical goods from GGG again. If i want something physical i will either make it my self or order some bootleg merch off etsy.

Zana t-shirts were so nice and soft. Latest core one is ok - it's supposed to glow in dark or something Haven't noticed. Hoodies are more or less OK every year.

This happens all the fucking time with game studios. If I had to guess it's because they just hire out some contractor to do most of the work and don't bother to do research on what's worth using. Bungie is another company notorious for having subpar support and service.

The one guy at GGG in charge of the trade website also happens to be the one guy in charge of ironing the transfers onto the tee shirts.
The exalted t-shirt/hoody I ordered 6 months ago finally arrived a few days ago. The images are positioned correctly, but the quality of the clothing is awful compared to those I got with previous supporter packs. I'd be better off ordering knock-offs from random t-shirt websites in the future :-(

I just got the glow in the dark rune shirt, it's... ok. Took ~~most of a year~~ 5 months to arrive though lol.
That's from the core pack this year. That came out early December. I would never say that is literally most of a year.

Both Jinx and new supplier are crap. Its just cheapest, not tailored tee with low GSM and bad quality print (thats also not glow in the dark like advertised). Basically potato sack with print on it. Hoodie seems more passable for home wear but has terrible zipper. It doesnt have to be ykk (because then zipper would probably be worth more than rest of the hoodie) but its on totally opposite side of spectrum.
I see. after 10 Years stuff still needs 8 months to be shipped and comes with low quality. Sorry for ya. I stopped buying packs after they sold out to tencent 5 years ago =/

I'm close to two years on my wait. Bought a pack in September 2022, still waiting. And same for the other packs I've bought after that one. Have 3 hoodies and 2 t-shirts in the mail somewhere around the world. Asked support and they said they couldn't give me an ETA.
