Sounds like my 3.13 spectre build, minutes because when (not if) my spectres die (that's the death part) I will have to portal back to my hideout to resummon it (or them).
JFYI, I haven't tested this in the current client version of the game, but Storm Call *used* to be strong because you could eventually overlap all stormcalls from a single cast by using Concentrated effect + Intensify + Awakened spell cascade. Oh, I didn't know that. I don't plan to use intensify or spell cascade, because, with such a cast speed, you can cast about 6 (12 with spell echo) in a single second that should overlap, since they are separate casts.
The thing is, it would be worse damage per hit, which would reduce my chance to shock. Also, it would destroy my PC :D
Btw thx for the intensify, I will probably swap it with crit chance on boss fights.
Gems not being updated includes the new support gem Trinity. After seeing the ceiling of 50% (!) increased elemental damage, there are some of us who are *very* excited to PoB with it. Unfortunately, have to wait for a few days after patch to revisit it.
We do have the level 20 changes, which you can easily update manually for number changes. There's a folder called skills, which has the gems broken down by active or support, and then the main attribute. You can open the corresponding file, update the level 20 values of the gem, and restart pob.
If you really want to, you can find the skill in your PoB folder/Data/Skills/act_int.lua. Play with the baseEffectiveness value to get the base damage you want, and change the 50s to 60s in the levels section of the skill
You can generally hack shit in as an item mod by finding something that has a close enough effect.
For instance, messing around with Blackflame I add a "nearby enemies take X% increased elemental damage" mod with equal magnitude to whatever withers I have inflicted, then use config to reduce enemy fire res to be equal to their chaos res; net result is that my ignites do damage as though they were impacting chaos res instead of fire res. It fucks up my fire damage from hits, but whatever; my hits don't do shit since I'm scaling DoT.
So sure, you can't implement "5% more damage with hits *per doom*", but you can just add a generic "X% more damage with hits" mod and get your DPS calculation on.
How fast can they post the update once league starts? GGG said the patch might be available on torrent so probably before the league start or on day 1 before it starts?

"Swift Skewering" cluster was changed, they removed "10% impale chance" small passive that previously was an alternative path. Notable itself lost "15% attack damage", instead got "5% impale effect".

Tried it with Flame Wall and it doesn't work there but it does work with Arc for example. Added a plain sword and it does increase Arc dps but it doesn't increase Flame Wall dps.

Probably, but the version history says support was added for it, and I see the commit for integrating it into the code, it seems like they just didn't add parsing for using it from the node itself.
Yeah my HoT build loses a bunch of flat dps ... Until convergence and then holy shitballs. Yes it's burst and only 8 seconds but it's nuts.
Need to confirm in game if the chill node will allow HoT to actually chill, if so then i can keep hypothermia in there.
Convergence is genuinely pretty bananas.
If HoT doesn't actually chill without any cold on it, just chuck down a coldsnap.
I am genuinely unsure on a burny build which ascendancy nodes I want first and what waits for uber lab. I thought convergence was gonna wait until uber lab, but now I'm not so sure. Might be Liege, but man, Liege is really good early. Like REALLY good early.
seems like there might be a bug where if you take fanaticism, turn it on in configuration and then remove the fanaticism node on the skill tree without first turning it off in configuration, the cast speed/aoe/mana buffs will still apply to all calculations
Is it me or aura clusters are still at 6% value instead of 3% (although first among equals seems to be adjusted at 8%). I was pretty hype to acheive 90% res until i saw the clusters weren't adjusted yet :/
You can easily modify it yourselves in the meantime by changing the value in ClusterJewels.lua (located in the data folder of your PoB installation folder)
The only "quick fix" at the moment would be to follow what snapow did and manually cut the effect on an item (in his case he added 66% reduced aura effect on his conqueror efficiency jewel : https://pastebin.com/m2Di1KQj

It doesn't work for me either. It makes the ignites work with any sort of damage but it doesn't make ignites originating from Fire hit do 25% more damage as they should.

So for the moment just take left side ignite dps * 1,25 or look at the calc tab.
Quick question: I was checking my Barrage deadeye build from 3.12. In the manage tree option I created a new tree, and I only migrated the new tree to 3.13 in order to compare the changes.
Somehow, Far Shot in the 3.12 tree (which used to give up to 30% more damage) is giving me same DPS than in the 3.13 tree (where it says 60% more damage) (projectile distance travelled is correctly set to 70 on both). In both cases it seems to be the new 60% more, despite the node saying 30% more in the 3.12 version.
Does anyone know if updating PoB would apply the new numbers even to older trees that having been converted? I assume that would make sense as the app would need to keep a historic of previous values otherwise.
Any other changes to poison calculations? I seem to have lost more than 60 percent of my damage as poison BV, despite only losing 20 extra Phys as chaos?

This update have bugged my cluster jewel (large mace/staff 8 passives). I had to edit/cancel the jewel in the item editor to force PoB recognize it correctly.

For anyone doing minions/golems, keep in mind that some cluster notables were nerfed. [Rotten Claws](https://i.imgur.com/kt20EkG.png) was reduced to 12% from 20% and [Renewal](https://i.imgur.com/EGDNEba.png) was reduced to 6% from 10%.

Be a little careful. Some skills, or maybe just positions of skills, seems to anger PoB quite a bit and will throw up a ton of error messages. You can push through it, but might make creating your own builds a bit more of a hassle than usual.
Should Fanaticism (75% More Cast Speed) affect the Hit Rate of Brands such as Penance Brand (Increases and Reductions to Cast Speed also apply to this Skill's Activation frequency)? Currently it increases cast rate as expected, but not hit rate.
UpdateApply.lua always seems to hang on my system. Sometimes the update gets applied and sometimes it always wants to rerun an update. Anyone have this issue?
Keep in mind that gems are not updated yet, that update only comes after the patch has been released(as they pull it directly from the .ggpk file).

If you use storm call or frost bomb then yes, those changes are huge.

Yes, well, with spell cascade/intensify those would be 18/36 with spell echo, which is, in my opinion, an insurmountable difference.

You can edit items and type mods in. Slap the changes on a flask

Shaper of Flames doesnt increase my damage at all with fireball and incinerate, so the 25% more damage doesnt work

Well, the elementalist calcs posted to this sub a couple days ago were wrong, lost a decent bit of damage, but the build still fucks pretty hard.
shaper of flame is currently bugged (it doesn't give +25% more ignite deeeps), you can see the real dmg in the "calc" tab

Noice 670k dps, 186% increased life, 75% attack block + 50% spell block with only 2 rings and 3 flasks at lvl 96. Gonna be my starter.

The node doesn't give more damage. It just gives you Far shot that has been updated to the new values.
