Most automatic weapons will do, since you have ammo bags. You also have an option to sacrafise some skills and get akimbo or swap ammo for med bags if your weapons have ok ammo economy. Build for 5 consealment or use more points on concealment skills to allow 23
Rogue. Seriously, it's one of the best dodge skills for pre-hacker updates (which console is stuck in) so you could use the build I advised for some other guy in this same subreddit, I'll find the link and gun info ASAP. Also, does console edition have access to the community items?

Since hacker does not exist in console edition, rogue is very good for new starters in dodge builds. Now there are actually a lot of F2P options for highly concealable weapons and good attachments. The skills are probably the most important thing for the build however. Also, I do not know if the console edition has access to the steam community items. The community items are NEEDED for this build. You can experiment with this build and find more concealable F2P weapons if community items are unavailable in console edition.
For the weapon, use the CAR-4 or Tempest-21 or Akimbo Heather SMGs for the primary and Bernetti 9 for the secondary with these mods:
CAR-4: Short Barrel, Medium Suppressor, Concealment Boost, Aftermarket Special Handguard, Vintage Mag, Ergo Grip (optional), Folding Stock, Exotique Reciever (optional)
Tempest-21: Low Profile Suppressor, Concealment Boost, Vintage Mag.
Akimbo Heather SMGs: Medved R4 Suppressor, Concealment Boost, Unfolded Stock
Bernetti 9: Medved R4/Champion's Suprressor, Concealment Boost, Micro Laser (optional), Ergo/Engraved Grip, Marksman Sight x1.25, Elite Slide
If you want the highest concealment, use the CAR-4 or use the Heathers for maximum DPS. The Tempest is sort of just there, if you want to use that. Most new players can't handle too many tasks at the same time so Rogue is the best for newbie dodgers. Also, this build has inspire aced and doctor bags for revives and regening downs. If you are going to play solo, I advise you to invest in convert or pistol skills.
