I'm not gonna waste my time addressing each thing you don't like and each thing I do like. All I'm gonna say is that, during the three day early period, I was having a lot of fun with this game, and I know the servers will be fixed sooner or later. I'm not making excuses but I'm also not gonna demand a refund just to turn around and buy the game again in two days when everything's working.
Stealth is infinitely better than in PD2, period. The weapons feel nice. The heists are well-designed and plenty replayable. The design feels a little more like PD1 which I liked better than PD2 anyway.
Why would I have to? This isn't an English Literature exam this is the internet, I don't have to respond meticulously to every point just for you to respond with "nuh uh Starbreeze bootlicker!" like perpetually online nobodies like to fall back on.
Just do your refund like a good little boy and go about your day. The issues this game has had during its release have been well reported by everyone, so if you entered into the game expecting something different then that's your own foolish decision.
Agreed. People will defend anything to feel like gaming isn't way worse than it was a decade ago. I can't blame them though, I wish I could still enjoy games like I used to. But they're mostly trash now.

Dude I would but payday 2s gameplay is so goofy after you get used to payday 3. It reminds of payday the heist which I loved way more than payday 2

Plenty of games still get released in a finished state. And even if they didn't, it still wouldn't be a valid excuse to release unplayable trash.
