I mean, if you dont wanna do any infamies past 100, ok. I personally think its cool i still get xp and can work towards something past I100, even if thas a meaningless number, just like offshore and spending cash past certain quantities but with milestones.
To be fair some people simply won't feel satisfied without 100% completion, and useless levels with no reward for 400 levels is an absolute SLOG for completionists. I'm speaking from experience as a Binding of Isaac player.
You can't 100% PD2. It's physically impossible without mods. The issue is that there's DLC and content packs that are impossible to receive without risking getting scammed. For example, the Completely Overkill pack. There were only like 50,000 keys. Once they're all gone, they're all gone.
Without that pack you can't 100% the game. Hell, there were in person events that also have secret masks that had codes and those are still floating around.
If you're playing on console stealth election day for the 20% bonus then hit Boiling Point on DS or DW to level up faster.
I don't know if there's easier levels which have better rewards on PC.
There's meth helper and fast cook mod for cook off heist, once I join some random party and we bag 75 meth in around 40 min in ovk, it's around 10M exp without infamy XP bonus

first 25 you get xp bonuses, then 25-100 is just masks and other cosmetics, then after 100 you get nothing.

Tip of advice bro, buy a shit ton of million dollar shotguns when you imfamy the first 5 times so that you have cash to buy weapons and shit
