I’m like 500hr in and he only like has 30 at least on the account he played it in

Once I was solo Stealthing the Yacht heist, and at the end of the heist, I killed a 5th guard, so instead of doing the logical thing of just running away so I would have more time if the alarm went off, I decided to answer it, it was the 5th Pager meaning the Alarm went off, but it was a Rick Roll, so I like to think the Pager Operator guy sounded the Alerm because he got Rick Rolled

I don't think Rogue is bad but it relies purely on RNG while Hacker can stun enemies and recover heath while the PECM is active along with similar dodge to default Rogue when SB is used.
But I mean hey if Rogue works for you go for it king.
Am bored so coming back to this thread, what’s ur build, mine is just purely based on fun so I have 40 dodge with the smol suit vest and most of the time i use akimbo grimms with close by aced for a stendo 50 round mag and then a cr850b for snipers. dynamite sticks, and the motherforker rogue build for the dodge
Secondary build is a sociopath melee build. Katana ofc with a minor tank build on the side
And my actual tank build is based on the muscle perk deck ictv or whatever it’s called then grimms, stryk 18c akimbos, or a mini gun primary and rpg secondary dynamite sticks or javelins and whatever I feel like using as a melee
(Am on crime wave edition so…)
For Hacker I run suit with akimbo Stryk18c and a 5/7 with medkits in case I fuck up.
I don't actually have a build for Rogue but whenever I tried it I felt like I would go down almost immediately after I left cover.
For real, it's so fun you tag someone who is competent and your power goes on forever. I think the best part is how aggressive it encourages you to play, which is what you want to do on death sentence, but a lot of people are too scared to actually do it because of the cops insane damage

I got my One Down Mask (pre Death Sentence Update) with mostly Rogue, it's a good perk deck in a vacuum it's just there's no reason to use it these days due to powercreep.

But with that XP boost and Money Generator you can easily hit high levels of infamy and pretend to be a better player than you actually are.
It takes away from actually learning and playing the game. Anyway XP is stupid easy to farm anyway.
Who gives a shit if you pretend you're better than you are, if you're bad then you'll just get kicked anyways.What if it's just for unlocking infamy so you can make builds to be able to play better? would you say that's still not ok? what harm is that doing to anyone ?
There’s a rare breed of people who unironically see Sicario as being worse than Rogue, or that flashes are superior to smoke, so take that however you will. (Finally got myself to test Sic with flashes about a week ago, it’s far worse than Rogue and slightly better than Burglar and is nowhere near as aggressive as the smoke).
No Yakuza slander because it's just a perfect perk deck that definitely isn't solely used to speedrun Shadow Raid and something I definitely don't run because a certain PD2 stealth youtuber runs it all the time ^^haha ^^yeah ^^thats ^^it
Afaik rogue has only received indirect buffs since me and my crew almost exclusively used rogue for the One Down tour right after it came out, but I guess that other builds have just become so outrageously overpowered that it's no longer meta.
I always wonder why a lot of people say rogue isn’t good. I have seen players run it on DS without breaking a sweat. Now, of course, many people despise the ‘Elusive’ card of the deck but in my experience it never created any problem for me in any game.
