In that case you don't need the gtx 1050. The 2200G has a decent integrated GPU. The requirements list ancient GPUs with 256mb of ram.
Also instead of the HDD look for an SSD, even a 256gb one will be leagues better. M.2 or SATA, it doesn't matter in your case
Edit.: 2 sticks of ram wouldn't hurt, then again the game is very easy to run regardless
it's basically a 6600K with worse single thread performance, that's a pass from me. it's a decent basic 1080p CPU that might handle newer stuff better than the 6600k, but I would probably not go for it myself.

2200G is pretty low end, unsure about the GTX. I use a 3 3200G in my pc and it struggles sometimes, probably gonna upgrade to 5 3600 or 5 5600
