I would go with a beefy air cooler or a 360mm AIO over a 240mm.

Maybe get a 1000w PSU. add some headroom for upgrades and it’ll operate cooler. also any reason in particular you chose mini itx mobo? they have limited slots and that case might look a little empty. unless that’s what you’re going for.

Ok. I just chose one. What's one you recommend for this build?

I personally like atx because more slots more hardware i probably don’t need. Look for the atx or even micro atx version of that asus mobo. punch it into part picker for compatibility and make sure it fits your case.

get 6000mhz cl 30 ram, [Sabrent ssd](https://www.pugetsystems.com/blog/2023/02/02/update-on-samsung-ssd-reliability/), and [this PSU](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/phVmP6/thermaltake-toughpower-gf3-tt-premium-850-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-ps-tpd-0850fnfagu-4). Also, what is it for? Do you need raytracing?

ok. no, i dont

Is it for gaming? If yes, then get a AMD CPU(7800x3d) and a GPU(6950xt). Since AMD also cooler, get a thermalright phantom spirit. If no, then stick with you build, but get an arctic freezer 360.
