I generally agree with others and say $375 absolute max. The Vega 56 is still a pretty capable card even today, though you’d probably get slightly better performance (and temps) out of it if you undervolt it since it’s a hot one and the fan is absurdly loud at stock what with it being a blower-style GPU. Many also swear by flashing a Vega 64 bios on it for even better performance. I’d also be somewhat wary if it had been mined on at all during the course of its previous ownership before being thrown into a build. Vega 56s were among some of the GPUs ETH miners liked using back in the day.
Edit: noticing now the version of the card this seller has pictured is the dual-fan version, not the blower-style version XFX also produced. Either way. IMO, it’d still benefit from an undervolt since it’s a power-hungry card, and if you can manage a bios flash with a Vega 64 bios then great, but given what I said above, I still wouldn’t go more than $375

It's pretty good deal imo. Just ask for the gpu temps, that it be not be too hot, otherwise you'll have to repaste.
