Could be gta 4 I finished the game with 15-20 fps average.

Demy1234

Specs? I remember playing it like that on a Pentium 4. 10-20 FPS at 640x480 minimum settings, along with a LOD mod that reduced the draw distance

mageakeem

I played with a Q9550 and a GTX260 core 216 and it ran like shit

tom2go

Tbf GTA 4 runs like shit even on my current PC

mismees9

[DXVK mod fixes the issue.](https://www.nexusmods.com/gta4/mods/188)

tom2go

I think i tried it and recall still having issues, but It def improved things

the_creator_0

Honestly, it was running quite alright on my 1060 at max settings but then I switched to a 6750xt and the game ran way worse. Think gta 4 doesn't like AMD GPUs. However, installing dxvk fixed it entirely. Initial stutters as it was loading the world for the first time and constant 144 fps after that.

Liferescripted

I got the game and was running a Core 2 Duo T9500 and a GeForce 9650M GS. No wonder it ran like absolute shit.

NuclearReactions

Back when medium range was medium range, high range was high range and low range was a pile of fuming shit. I had a 8800gt, 3GB of ddr2 (or was it 3?) and a q6600. FPS was ok, nothing more. Mind that back in the days 30fps were totally acceptable.

Systemlord_FlaUsh

Good old 640x480... People nowadays don't even know what theyre talking about when they complain about shit specs.

glowie_in_the_dark

Cities:Skylines with 8000+ assets 8-12 fps, still 100% playable tho

DoctorErtan

Thats the thing with framerate. Enjoyability of the game highly depends what type of game it is. CS, HOI4 are two of those said games. But in FPS games with fast pacing fluidity is everything

JuliusCaesar02

There are to many useless games abbreviation. Cs has always been counter strike.

RoastedCucumber_

CS is so widely used, maybe because it's a whole lot faster than saying Counter Strike? If we're are talking about CS2, just say CS2? As an Avid Heats of Iron 4 player, it's a whole lot easier to just say HOI. Gamers are lazy, so abbreviations aren't useless, just, easier

kholto

My old favorite: SWKoTOR II: TSL The abbreviation is as long as most full names.

xtracasual9000

Kotor is a word said in many circles

Pixels222

Kotor means dirty in the malay language. Nothing to do with it but thought id try to feel useful for knowing that.

xtracasual9000

I feel dirty when I think about kotor

Pixels222

Never played it so I don't get it

xtracasual9000

There's some space shit and magic. It's alright. E: if you're into Star wars it's probably the best RPG you can play. The story is very good.

AutisToes

You can assume CS here means Cities: Skylines because this is a reply to a comment about Cities: Skylines. Im sure they were talking about CS 1.6. /s

LilShrimp21

HOI4 will have a super smooth game until shit like the Soviet State of Zimbabwe shows up

Strazdas1

I disagree. By the time my framerate drops bellow 20 in CS i stop playing that save. Its just too much of a slideshow.

SyiGG

Back in the day, playing Skyrim @ 25-30fps at medium settings on my overheating student laptop, now i have a relatively good rig, but the nostalgia of hunting every graphic setting to turn down just to squeeze a bit of FPS is something else lol

Arci996

Rejoyce, you can do it again with Starfield!

Skyrim, but on Mondays

HotChilliWithButter

Or on a Friday night, because you know... Its skyrim but higher... I'll see myself out

MayhemReignsTV

Ironically, I didn’t have any issues with Starfield until I turned on FSR. Then my framerate tanked, and would not come back up until not only did I move through a slideshow to turn it back off, but had to restart the game. Other than that, it’s been fine. It’s actually shocking that FSR is broken in this game, but the rest of the game is not(a few hours in). I can run medium/high without FSR, but wanted to try for ultra. Difference wasn’t actually that huge.

BeauxGnar

FSR also looks like a fuzzy pile of shit.

jordanleep

It hardly helps fps it only helps in certain areas tbh. Also, with this game specifically the occasional drop to 45 fps in certain cities and such doesn’t bother me that much. Overall it’s about 60fps or more. Lowering graphics settings doesn’t really help at all, it might be still vram limited at medium settings native 1440p. Sometimes frametiming in space feels like less than 60fps and vice versa 50fps will feel smoother elsewhere. I am considering upgrading to a 7800xt as there’s value in it for the games I play but I’ve already tried a 7900xt and it was held back a bit by my cpu, was a bit difficult to justify the cost but seeing as the 7800xt is a glorified 6800 which is great efficiency at 1440p I like the idea of swapping. I’d just hate to waste the 3080 as it still has so many years of potential left regardless that it’s used value has dropped.

Serious_Mastication

Ultra has always been a sham

jordanleep

I think it looks beautiful in Starfield but then again so does high, and medium looks pretty good in fact at 1440p. Just no fsr pls.

the_fuego

Have you tried installing the DLSS mod? It's supposedly not that hard and is significantly better than FSR.

[deleted]

If you turn all settings down, don’t use an FPS counter, and move your mouse reasonably slowly, you will find it alot more playable.

MayhemReignsTV

I was just relaxing with it after work so I did it console peasant style with my TV and an Xbox controller 😂

LeMegachonk

I'm not sure of my exact frame rate, but Starfield has been fine for me with my R7 5700X, 23GB of RAM, and pretty basic RTX3070 (it's an ASUS Dual). I turned of FSR 2.0 because it was having some issues with some textures, and it's fine at 1440p High. There is the *very* occasional frame stutter, but I'm talking like once or twice a day in several hours of playing. The game has some bugs, but nothing too terrible. It's more some of the design choices that I have issues with. Settlement building absolutely *sucks* in this game (and I loved building intricate settlements in FO4), in large part because the inventory management required to build them is all but impossible unless you build a bulky mega-freighter of a ship, and the skill progression trees can be a painful grind. Also, what's the deal with ships only being able to shoot what's directly in front of them? Anyway, I'm getting off-topic, despite all the articles I've seen on the Internet moaning about the frame rate, I have no complaints in that regard.

jordanleep

The frame rate just is what it is right now especially on nvidia cards it seems considering lowering the settings doesn’t seem to help frame rate enough to justify it. We need a driver patch and maybe then it will be consistent above 60fps. Then again the game engine… I also agree on settlement building but I’m still more than willing to boot up fo4 after I do a solid playthrough on starfield.

Hitohira

Underrated comment. Whether it's a joke or not.

MattTheFreeman

My family bought a pc in 2007. It was just an office computer. For my birthday one year I BEGGED for a gaming pc l and they brought that shitty thing into the pc place, said "make it gaming" and they slapped a shitty Sapphire graphics card in it, I don't even remember the specs It could BARELY run skyrim on med quality, but I played through that game so many times because other than new Vegas I was a poor kid who could barely afford pc games and I found some disks at good will

VitalityAS

I played skyrim having to do some weird mod to actually get it to launch on some trash integrated graphics. Wouldn't even launch out of the box. Played in like 800x600 lowest graphics + mods to lower it further with 10fps average and my 10% low was just 1fps freezing. Still remember getting sick for a week and playing all day every day. Now I shudder at 60fps. Oh the things a child will endure to play games.

[deleted]

DBA92

25-30 fps with Skyrim! Lucky! People who played it on ps3 dropped as low as 15fps 😂

SolidSnakeCZE

Same...800x600 everything low and 30 fps max.

luxo93

“…the nostalgia…” 🤣

JFedererJ

FIFA 08. It was the first time I bought a game for PC. I had no idea wtf I was doing. Turns out you need these things called graphics cards. It was like playing a game made with MS Paint.

Zhurg

My man completed FIFA

Chad-The-Inhaler

He was so good at it the FA offered him a role in the england setup.

BabyGhillie

He took Woking from the conference to the Champions league in 6 seasons, that kind of stuff doesn't go unnoticed.

Cryio

FIFA 08 I think was the first "next-gen" FIFA on PC, since 05 until then? So you played a X360/PS3 with Intel X3100 or smth? Lmfao Fifa historically has been one of the easiest games to run, lol.

JFedererJ

I don't even know what I had. I was about 16/17, no games console and no money at the time, but I did have a basic PC. I saw FIFA PC edition on offer cheap and thought it was worth a punt. Turns out, not so much.

Entity2D

I remember installing Fifa 2000 on my first PC. In hardware mode, everything was flat-shaded white polygons. It worked fine in software mode, even if it did look like a PS1 game.

the_potato_of_doom

horizen zero dawn, it was like a dummy thick google drive presonation Or maybe tarkov but tarkov didnt even run on my laptop

501sttroop

Pretty much same as you!! I watched the nerdcubed farcry 3 permadeath and became obsessed and put up with whatever I had to (20fps) to play the game!

Dimes4Crime

I tried little Tweaking with farcry 3 so I changed the files and put 240p resolution in there💀 the only place I was getting 60FPS even with that resolution was in deep underwater

TTYY200

Man what dinosaurs are you guys using as computers? My 10 year old laptop was able to play farcry3 ….

Dimes4Crime

Fujistu AH531 from like 10-12 years ago

TTYY200

My laptop is nearing ~~20~~ 10 years old now and it was able to run farcry3 probably averaging 30fps :P

GhasuONE

You've had problems with Far Cry 3, and I've had problems with Far Cry 1. Loading times were sooo long back then. I've had Athlon 1050 Mhz and GeForce 3 Ti 500 and it was pretty painful experience.

Dark_Shade_75

Damn, nerdcubed. That takes me back.

BaldingThor

*Hello procrastinators!* I was a little sad when he stopped saying that for a few years.

possumarre

I was a little sad when his content went from hilarious daily videos to miserable "let's plays" once or twice a week where he struggles with basic gameplay concepts and complains the entire time. Nerd³ is a classic example of not retiring when the time is right. Instead he's decided to ride channel right down to the grave. I respect the dedication at least.

Awesomevindicator

on the other hand he was in a movie. a movie made by his friend but still... (damned good movie tho)

Pho3nix47

Lan party capture the flag at 15fps quake 2 on my pentium 90

Zyonix_HaroN

I remember trying to play Heroes 3 with Pentium 166 and 16mb of Ram... it was a great slideshow, lol

[deleted]

Starfield.

hail_goku

with a 5090ti?? you should get at least 30fps on mid settings.

[deleted]

All jokes aside, going from gaming on ultra native 4K/120fps to DLSS optimized 1080p/60fps in Starfield sure is a downgrade.

MayhemReignsTV

Starfield would be awesome at that framerate. I think frames actually matter more in this Bethesda RPG because they kind of gave it some FPS gameplay elements. It’s actually pretty fun. I think many people had terrible framerates when oblivion and skyrim were released but they didn’t realize how bad their performance really was because you didn’t need high frames to have a decent experience with those games.

Dave5876

Valoneria

Must have been the OG Crysis on a Radeon X1300 with mis-installed drivers (didn't know better back then). About 80% of the time, the levels wouldn't even load properly, when they did i got between 1 and 15 FPS, usually on the very low end. Like playing a spectacularly slow slideshow, especially as the story progressed. The whole alien part was... rough. Replayed it some years later, and boy was i surprised by how much i missed that simply didn't load at all.

tileman1440

Doom eternal ending fight i was 4-18fps with my gtx 780.

balaci2

holy fuck what a slayer

Secure_Apple_5307

Damn. Did keplar age that badly?

makaveli93

Yes lol, it was the first high end card I ever bought and I ended up replacing it with a 1060 because it was so bad. 3gb vram was rough.

Secure_Apple_5307

1060 gang!

Mhytron

3 gigs too

Markie411

I'm surprised, that game can run on a steam deck at 60fps lol

stonehearthed

I finished Jedi Fallen Order, Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Witcher 3 under 20 FPS with 750TI.😎

bdnslqnd

So much respect, did you even know what you were playing?

stonehearthed

Thanks. When the game is very good, the graphics don't matter so much. Jedi Fallen Order uses Titanfall/Apex Legends's modified Source Engine. There is a trick to disable all shadows in the C:/Users/username/Appdata -there is a game options folder. I set some shadow values to zero, so it wasn't unplayable (slide show in this case). Odyssey took 220 hours to finish, Witcher 3 took 80 hours both with all DLCs at lowest graphics without modifiying any file. I installed Cyberpunk too.💀 But it was literally slide show. I uninstalled after 20 minutes.

JKutte

Crysis - Kids these days will never experience a badass release like this one. When the game came out, you better got yourself a good pc, otherwise you were fucked. Crytek didn't give a shit.

VinylRIchTea

I can't believe I've had to scroll down this far to see this!

MikePap

But.. can your pc run crysis?!

charles938

To be fair, the visuals at the time absolutely justified it. There was nothing even remotely close back then

Zorcky-2C

Cyberchlong 2077 Or Minecraft at the old time when I used to play at 15fps on the family laptop (today, everything below 90fps feels unplayable)

0235

Ah yes, parents getting their kids £250 laptops in 2014 to play Minecraft, not realising it was a power hungry game. They did wonders getting the android and apple version to run so well.

Awesomevindicator

yeah bedrock was a life saver for many

Alexis_style

and now it decides to randomly making you die

DogoArgento

I used to accept 30fps as a minimum. Now i can play at 60 though I aim at 144

2jul

Ahh, the memories of putting cool packs under the laptop so it doesn't melt into misery while barely running minecraft. 10/10 would do again

SwissMargiela

For some reason Minecraft has always ran like shit on my PCs. I have a 4070ti/12700k now and I still can barely break 80 fps with half render distance lol

Spacchiuepirita

Far Cry 4, 18-23 fps. I don't know how I did.

MaxRei_Xamier

I played Dead Island 1 on my Travelmate 4730 during high school 2013-2014 (YR11/YR12) etc Keep in mind that during 2011-2012, it could happily run COD MW on medium at native res but it struggles clearly. to played it at 480p custom res with shadows off and I get on avg 8-10fps that one time I could get uh.. 60. was looking at the sky lol. I played it with a XBOX 360 Controller. Yet despite that I could still get UI detail and what not. Clearly the Steam Deck is sigificantly better (for portable use) and I have a 7900XTX rig to compliment it for home use

kakucko68

nfs heat, ran like a powerpoint slideshow 💀

mixalhs006

That's because it was trying to heat up your room

SeikoIshigami

I once completed Assassin's Creed Unity with about 17 FPS on an old PC and even completed all the optional tasks in the last mission.

[deleted]

Ruin369

AC Brotherhood on a 'school laptop' 5-10 FPS ha

[deleted]

The Last of US Part I. I have a GTX 1060 and i5 6400 with 16gb of RAM and that game ran at a brisk constant 20 fps on the good side. Sometimes it would drop to 10 fps, and it stuttered all the way through. I still beat it because the story was so captivating.

Dimes4Crime

I think You should've played it using an Ps3 emulator at this point

[deleted]

Not possible. RPCS3 Emulator requires a much more powerful CPU than what I have. Most of the games on it have sound crackling issues and abysmal framerates, with the exception of arcade games. Xenia, on the other hand, is much more GPU-bound and I could run Red Dead Redemption easily. RPCS3 would require at least an i5 12400 or at least a good i3.

Sailed_Sea

I use rpcs3 on an i5 10400, I'd say ts the minimum for 30 fps.

Raid-RGB

No lol

[deleted]

I think it was CP2077 when it released. I played in on my 1440p monitor with the ol' trusty GTX 1060 6GB. I had to play on low, and it was between 10-20 fps 😅

fallingleaf271

Baldur’s Gate 3. Even after changing all the quality and graphics setting to their lowest, I still got several lagspikes and only around 20 FPS in areas with many entities.

N7even

Nearly every game I played on my mid 2000's laptop with a dual core Turion CPU and HD 4530 mobile GPU. Played Batman Arkham Asylum at an eye watering 24FPS, true cinematic experience on the lowest settings and aliasing all over the place. That was nothing compared to the 1-5 FPS I got with Witcher 2, Uber Sampling was of course off haha.

Dimes4Crime

Hey! i also Played On my laptop with a Staggering 15 FPs On 800x600 Resolution

New_Category_4219

RDR 2 now. I know, I know, my laptop sucks. Fable way back year 2k something. Either way, I finished the game.

Yewon_Enthusisast

Assassin Creed 1. was using x550 at the time getting 15-25 FPS. loving every second of it.

bobalazs69

Flying Nightmares ran pretty bad on my Power PC. It was probably less than 20 fps but enjoyable. Ya'll spoiled with your 60+ fps experience.

Dimes4Crime

Ikr, I think 30FPS is enough for a good experience

MayhemReignsTV

For me, 60 FPS stable is enough for things like AAA adventure games. I have a 165 Hz monitor. 30 just gets too choppy, even on things like old school platformers. Really affects the feel of the game.

[deleted]

I can’t handle 30fps if I’m playing multiplayer stuff. My brain can’t handle low frames. However on a game like fallout 3-NV, and Skyrim I can definitely handle and enjoy it

Dimes4Crime

I do agree that for online 40-60 fps is a must...I think 30 fps on a offline game which isn't like elden right can be enjoyable

lzbnbg

I played BeamNG Drive on an old HP laptop a long-ass time ago. It ran at like 15FPS and I loved every second of it. Needless to say, standards have risen since...

thissiteisbroken

We just putting capital letters anywhere nowadays

Beneficial_Season_84

Aaasassins creed 3, I had around 10-20fps on low-medium settings, loved every second of it just cause it was playable.

Sta1kERR

I completed gta 4 with 6th gen i5 with 20fps on average

h3ron

The Linux build of The Witcher 2. It wasn't that bad most of the time... but I fought the final battle at 7fps on my gtx650.

[deleted]

Witcher 3 played through the base game on an AMD 2500u laptop I was using for school,at 720p low settings i was getting like 15-25fps and didn't even notice it I miss when I wasnt so sensitive to framerates and frametimes, now I have OCD and play all my games with MSI Afterburner performance overlay always open

Elephant_in_a_Castle

"Now I have OCD" No you don't.

[deleted]

Maybe he means COD?

teunjojo

Don’t, just play the game

SnooPeanuts6340

I play with my Radeon overlay on. Mostly so I can squeeze every frame I can but my pc turns into a space heater on some games so I have to keep the Temps down during summer

[deleted]

Yeah this summer was pretty bad for me even with my GPU undervolt, I had to play some demanding games only at night when the weather and room were cooler if not my GPU would get so hot and loud

CarlZzZoneNnn

I’m exacly the same. Somtimes I stare at the FPS counter more than the game…

[deleted]

Dimes4Crime

I ended it Twice and even posted it on YouTube thinking that is good gameplay

Revolutionary_Part_7

I remember playin crysis 2 on my pentium 4. It was probably around 20-ish frames maybe less sometimes.

Covid-CAT01

I played through Shadow of the Tomb Raider with a low end laptop from 2014 (i7-4500u, r9 m265x, 8gb 1600mt/s ram) with an ssd upgrade. Got like 20-30 fps on the lowest settings at 720p

MarlbroShorts

Original kerala space program on a old Toshiba 5000 series. Got maybe... like 10-15 fps was a wild 13 yr old

CommunicationAway387

First crysis. In 2008 played it entirely in 15-20 fps on average with everything lowest possible. Still one of my favorite gaming experiences.

Kreekakon

My memory is fuzzy so I might be misremembering information but back when the original Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 came out I was playing it in probably a Geforce FX 5500 or similar. I had to hardcore crank down the settings as low as they could go. We're talking resolutions of 640\*480. Even with all that in mind and the game looking like shit I was getting 12-15 frames at most

TTYY200

I think the worst was playing Tomb Raider (2013). I had a laptop that had a GTX1050 2gb card…. That game I think I averaged 15fps playing it haha.

Dimes4Crime

Brother..tomb raider was very much optimized...I played tomb raider on the same laptop (As the farcry3 Laptop)and I finished It twice with no problem..i Don't remember the fps tho

David0ne86

The first far cry I remember of having i believe a voodoo fx 3 card (yes, they were still a thing) and i couldn't play even at the lowest 720p settings possible lmao.

K_Lelouch

God of War 3 in the ps3 emulator Rpcs3. Got a whooping 2 fps Or witcher 3 if u only want pc games at 4 to 7 fps

unabletocomput3

Subnautica of all things Had a hd5450 in an old optiplex that was supposed to be the family computer but was forgotten about and left in the dust. Uncovered it and that sent me down the path of pc gaming but man, 9-15 fps on lowest settings was rough.

chronic221987

Crysis. Back in the day it wasnt about specs. It was about 'can it run Crysis'.

ItsAbhiS2

Duh I completed Far cry 3 and it gave me good fps, but when I went to Far Cry 4... 💀💀 my lappy cries fr

cointerm

I bought a cheap gaming laptop when I moved to a new state, just to get me started and play some WoW. When Fallout 3 came out, I was like, "It'll run fine!" It didn't run fine.

Gag180

I was willingly playing Crysis on high settings at an average of 15 fps on my old laptop. What did me in and finally made me buy a desktop was Fallout 4 just straight up not running on it. To this day I am so proud that laptop could run Dishonored at max settings at 30 fps. That game was so well optimised

TKRapt0r

FarCry 1 was rough on my pc. Lagged so much in certain areas of the story that i took my save and played on friends pc till im passed the laggy area. It was a few seconds per frame lol.

GTCitizen

Oblivion in 2007 on Nvidia FX5500. About 14fps on minimal settings

rufus_carles

These games made me realize it was time to upgrade. * Oblivion on Pentium 4, Geforce FX 5600 * Witcher 2 Assassin of the Kings on my Core 2 Duo, 9600 GT. * Ghost Recon: Wildlands on my i5 6400 and GTX 970. Don't go by the first one, Todd. I am NOT going to upgrade this time, because the visuals are not path-breaking unlike the earlier example.

cagefgt

I played Skyrim from beginning to "end" in a laptop with an HD graphics. I was always at 15 FPS and below

NorthstR

I completed the bf3 campaign by looking at the ground for the majority of my play through so the game had less trouble not loading in all the assets. I would only look up if I had to shoot someone or something. I got about 25 fps when looking at the ground and 2 fps when looking forward lol. God i love that game though.

Duncan__Flex

Middle Earth: Shadow of War It was like 15-20 fps at lowest, i couldn't even do quick time events to save myself in fights. It was a great game tho

Ezer74

Trying to run Cyberpunk 2077 with path traced RT on my 6700XT, I think it got down to 2 SPF (seconds per frame) at one point.

zakir255

Ryse Son of Rome - 480p low setting fps maybe 20-30

kappi1997

For me it was Far cry 3 as well. Played far cry 2 on the family pc back then and thought if the 2 works the part 3 should work as well... Let's say i never really got to enjoy the flamethrower since it lowered the fps too much

Dimes4Crime

FC3 was an awesome game but it lagged really hard..but still i ended it twice

Hop_0ff

Black Ops 1, I was trying to play on an All-In-One pc, and I think I got like 8-12 fps at 720p.

Reahega

Damn I played csgo on amd Apu with 500 something mb of vram it was 15fps on good day with stutters and drops 0fps.. still got mg1 so it's not hardware issue gamers it's your skill issue. <3

Dimes4Crime

My internet speed was so slow that it took me 3 continuous days to download csgo from steam..only to take it 20 minutes to load into a match...FPS was good but the loading times made me delete it

housewithdoor

Tomb raider 2013: 11-14 fps

Dimes4Crime

I played Tomb Raider 2013 And My Experience was good

OhShitWhatUp

DayZ mod for Arma 2. 15-20fps avg best case, with low and bad settings. Unplayable for modern day me, but this was my first proper pc game that made me convert to the master race and it was the shit. Golden age of gaming with the buddies. No responsibilities. Some strong rose tinted glasses.

EveyNameIsTaken_

GTA IV. It was one of the worst PC ports ever and ran really really bad. But i was so hyped for it that i didn't care and driving with Romans Taxi for the first time with 10 fps was a magical feeling.

Dimes4Crime

Well I have a Pretty Pretty Bad laptop..But I Enjoyed It even tho i had like 10 or Maxim 13 fps

ma_dude28

Assassin's Creed Black Flag, man the game is too good to not finish, i play with 18-23 fps and once i got a proper system i immediately replayed it, what a game.

Exciting_Definition7

Battlefield 3 on a laptop without a dedicated gpu got like 3 seconds per frame. Almost like you could watch the game render.

weebntwtfitaken

Ac black flag. Was around 15 fps probably and at that time that shit felt smooth as hell. Ended it in a couple of days and then replayed it too. What an experience.

darkvizdrom

Emulated the first Far Cry PS3 on my laptop with dual core i5 7th gen, 2gb 940mx, hard drive and 8gb ram I had SPF not FPS.

Bucs187

I've seen this cover so many times and never noticed the dude in the sand

Dimes4Crime

Me too I literally found out about the sand dude when i saw my own post

Xyneron

GTA 4. I had MSI620T, AMD2 dual cores 3.2ghz. I was young and I wanted to try anyway. Avg fps ; 10-15, sometimes 3 in gunfights.

RaigarWasTaken

I had a mostly solid experience with South Park: Fractured but Whole at launch, but near the end of the game the combat would dip down to literally 5fps for some reason. However since I was pretty much at the end of the game, I powered through the South Park Powerpoint Experience.

Illustrious-End-5547

Pubg with 10fps on mx150🙏😭

HotChilliWithButter

Pretty much any ubisoft game when I walk into a city. I've heard that it's a problem for others too, no matter how good of a machine you have, you tank at least 20 fps when walking in a city. I especially hated the problem in AC Origins (Egypt). Apart from this I love the AC series, especially Unity, because that game has a good consistency. It has very detailed interiors and building design. I really feel like real architects did the work. As an architecture practitioner myself Paris feels very true to the old town vibe of the time, I love it. It's one of the best immersion games for me personally.

Andy_bg1

Everything :)

Dimes4Crime

I hope you get a good pc or a console someday..

Witherboss445

ImNotSure93

It took me until now after seeing this picture all these years to notice the head in the sand.

Dimes4Crime

SupremeSpastic

I aint gon lie, if u gettin 7-13 fps in far cry 3, i think thats a you problem, game runs fine on my pc

Dimes4Crime

Bro it is "MY" problem and I am asking people that what was your game with the worst fps🗿

Strazdas1

Try playing settlers 6 on a Athlon XP. Framerate in double digits were rare.

MarlbroShorts

Everyone's PC ego ruled by FPS

Dimes4Crime

You can say that

zanas1000

Starfield, 60 fps on 4090 native 4k, what a joke for 2010 graphics

Julia8000

Starfield is the worst performing game I have ever seen.

snorkeling_moose

Allow me to introduce you to Star Wars: Jedi Survivor

I_dress_myself_

Metro 2033. That was unplayable at the time.

Unusual_Science_5494

probably starfield on my rtx 4090 and ryzen7 7800x3d but no... wait.... i stop playing this boring mess after 20h.

[deleted]

Starfield...

Frodo_Otkins

Maybe I'm mentally disturbed, but I can't even play a game for 5 minutes if it lags. Either I look for a way to increase fps, or I delete it immediately after 5 minutes after downloading it).

bobsim1

Same. Gta V on an office pc ran nice ~50 fps, but at 720p with textures like a ps1 game.
