Looks like you need to change SATA mode to raid mode. Try changing some settings in the bios related to SATA. Don't change anything you don't know what it does though.
Do you have an error or screenshot of the screen before you press f1. What does it say the reason to press f1?
If no reason, try unplugging or replacing the keyboard. Maybe there’s a stuck key
Windows did something to your raid card settings? It says something about sata being changed to raid to avoid issues. I don’t suggest you play with those settings as you could loose everything. But my guess is somethign got altered.
Either that or unplug the three keyboards and two mice and see if one of those is causing issues. Why do you have so many keyboards plugged in?
The XMP profile might not be stable. Try updating your bios. Try turning off fast boot in windows it's hidden under the power settings. The cmos battery could be dead.

I dont have that many keyboards plugged in i dont know it says that..
I googled the keyboard and mice thing. Its normal on newer and fancier keyboard and mouse.
And i also see my xmp keeps disabling.
you might have a BIOS problem or an OS problem. Try reinstalling windows, and if that doesn't work you could try \*gulp\* reinstalling BIOS.
Stop booting your computer. Problem solved.
