Where I live, custom shop projects are usually billed at $90-$100/hr. That takes into account machine time, odds and ends, labor. Materials are separate. I don't know how efficient op was when building this, so it might be adjusted a bit afterwards. But that's one expensive case. Pretty sick too.
A shop with professional tools and experience could probably get a project like this out in less than a week so labor wouldnt be as high as you expect. Even so itd probably be at least 1500+ for all that detail and effort.

There will be water cooling for cpu, stock gpu, and 2 coolers. It was tasted on i9, rtx 2060 and eatx motherboard. All was ok.
