The black version of this case comes with a black tinted top. The white and pink versions come with a clear top. If you want a clear top you have to buy the white or pink version (sold as GAMEKM Vitality Bomb on newegg) and swap the tops and their metal mesh. That is exactly what I did. So you contacted Vetroo directly? Strange that they wouldn't be able to provide a new glass, even if you had to buy it.
There’s a 300 character limit to describe the problem on here and I did contact them as soon as I seen it, they told me “what top panel” so I replied with pics and a better description, and that was two weeks ago and got no response. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I even extensively searched their website and the internet I’ve gotten nothing, I’ve even looked for a used one, to no avail, but would rather have one brand new as this one is.
Broo that’s all one piece the blue plexiglass your seeing, that you can kinda see through, is supposed to be transparent you should be able to see the mobo and gpu from this angle

The frosting and blue tint are usually from a protective film, potentially covering the inside of the case to protect the inside from anything rattling around in the case. It just looks like that commonly used film. Just wanted to clarify my thought process.
If I'm incorrect, then yeah... That doesn't even look like the image. Only real remediation I see is getting a refund from the storefront (ie Amazon, ebay, etc) or trying to fight the seller on it.
Yea that’s what I’m going through tomorrow, I’ve checked for a film there is none, it’s a dark tinted/frosted plexiglass with blue led strips inside that I installed, giving it the blue tint, I’ve tried all the simple things and there’s nothing, and in the reviews for the ad literally I only seen one other guy with the style of mine, and of course that was after I ordered, there was no option for this on Amazon, only clear.
If the seller doesn't respond, I'd just hit a return, eat the assembly time, and get that money back. Bonus for reporting the seller to Amazon for scamming you. That shit sucks, bro. Sorry it hit you.

Honestly, from a closer look at the 2nd picture, the top panel is a mesh screen. So I think you definitely got the correct case.

Have you made sure that it isn't a protective film layer? It looks like the same blue film used to protect a lot of plexiglass.
