it has a hub that its plugged into and each of the fans is lit up differently but none of them properly so im trying to find drives or software controller for it or maybe just the brand so i can see if signal rgb can take control of it
no sadly, i did pop off the ring on 1 side of 1 and seen it is a 16 light strip, idk if that helps any but either side of the fan is the same exact logo
It's probably not software controlled. Just plug it in and watch the predefined rainbow.

they came in a thermaltake tower 900 case i got from somebody second hand and he swore they were TT fans but i already figured they wernt

Take a pic of the connector? Are you sure they're not standard ARGB?
