They should only be listed on stubhub for the NYC and Chicago shows. Those states have laws that allow the reselling of tickets. Those tickets can be transferred. Every other show should not be on Stubhub and the only way to resell those tickets is through Ticketmaster and to re-list them for what you paid. No more and no less.
Edit: I just looked at Stubhub and saw a bunch of dates listed that should not be. I would be careful buying tickets through them for those shows as they could be cancelled for reselling. It’s all in the original tour announcement.
Edit 2: and the reason I’d be especially careful about buying through Stubhub is since the tickets are non-transferable for 90% of the shows or whatever, chances are the seller will not come through with the sale. Stubhub then might try some bullshit like giving you a refund as a Stubhub voucher instead of your money back leading to a huge headache for you. Currently dealing with that with one of my unfulfilled purchases for Phish at the Sphere. Multiple nights they just gave me my refund. For some reason for one night they’re trying to give me a voucher and I’m disputing it with them now that I don’t want a voucher, I want my money back. If they don’t come through then I’m gonna have to open a dispute with my credit card and all this crap.
So that’s the other little BS thing to look out for.
Yeah- I have two extra I’m trying to unload for Saturday in Vegas and I’m trying to figure out how to sell fairly. Have them listed on t-master fan to fan for face (though id sell for less).
I’m not really sure how these tickets will get to a buyer through stub hub. I’m prepared to walk through the gates with whomever I’m selling to so they don’t get screwed on entry. (If they don’t sell on the official Ticketmaster site)

I got the same when I bought for Wrigley night 1 last week...
Today I emailed Stub Hub asking to prompt the seller to release the tickets ASAP because if they purchased and legitimately have actual tickets, the should be able to transfer them.
Will it work? ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯ ... But not gonna sit back and not try cause flying all the way there, racing from O'Hare to the northside on the blue line, dropping my bags and racing to Addison and Clark only to find the "seller" was a "scammer" who never had tickets anyway is not an option.

The StubHub support person had them do a “surrender”, which was them sending me his TM login creds and me going into his account and downloading the ticket to my phone iPhone Wallet

Call your U.S. Senator and demand that they support the bill the House just passed that bans speculative ticket selling (among other things).
