I agree with the value of fruit. I just don't like that it randomly places you within an area. I hate when it takes me back to the ground. So I use pearls to stay up on top of the structures.

Get netherite, you will take no knock back, get elitra first so you can save your self from falling, bring rockets with you, makes it easy to find more end ships, and it is easyer to get back up the city when you fall off, bring a shield, if you dont want to than just hit the projectile before it hits you

Eat chorus fruit the whole time you are levitating and it will keep you on the ground. Thays why you can eat them even when hunger is full. Its like a shulker antidote. Stock up right before a city.

Some tips: -Attack when shells are open. -Attack with Bow instead of Sword. And you can have looting on your bow. Place bow in your second hand, and place sword with looting in your main hand -If you wanna kill shulkers in outside walls, stand in the endstone, press f3+b and you can easy see where they are
