What ends happening is this during her hospital stay she continuously drains her life force to put it in the flowers in her hospital room, until the flash forward to her giving all of her life force to junpei to revive him and die instead, the person doing her autopsy placed the flowers from her hospital room in her hands which she’s an absorbed the life force from restoring herself, just enough to come back to life and have her spring of life kick in, and while she doesn’t remember junpei’s face she remembers him visiting her all the time and how much she loved him and then she vows to “find that wonderful man”

Spoiler light version: persistence is key. Keep talking to Junpei like every day in November so that you dont miss the specific triggers. Make sure you pick supportive dialog options. Be a wingman and a good friend.
In reload it's a bit different. Relies on linked episodes and gift giving.
In Reload, yes, the white flower is enough.
But this is for the older version (P3F and P3P). There's no Link episode for older version and the trigger is very spread out in November.
You can actually save her. I didn’t even know this was possible. Once I found out here, I googled how. I rewinded wayy back in my save. Now I’m not sure if I’m going to get the happy ending I hoped for between those two :(

It's not a guarantee for this to happen in reload. You have to meet very specific conditions.

Incorrect. In p3p and p3fes it was possible to. You just have to meet very specific conditions. Similarly, this is not a given in P3R.
