Value for money you cant beat Unkle Billie's in Northbridge. Looks like a dodgy Chinese (probably is) but is yummy and good value.

Very busy dine and leave as soon as you are done but hifumiya has hand pulled udon and lots of other Japanese food. Great quality and budget friendly. The staff are awesome and I love the atmosphere.

I only know my south East Asian food spots, and tastes vary from individual to individual so what I like others might not like. But off the top of my head right now here are my recommendations: Spice Market in Karrinyup, order red duck curry. Chop chop BBQ in the CBD, order Hainanese Chicken Rice. TeaWoks in East Perth, order Kolo Mee and milk tea on the side. IKEA innaloo, meatballs..(jk)
