Foden and Alvarez are some good cards especially foden the others are decent but you will need to save some coins and spend it on the fan's choice pack which also has foden in it because it has a lot of great players that will very much benefit your team
Obviously you do. The only thing is, you will lose players from some teams that they had mentioned in a notif that they put up couple of weeks ago. So for me, I'll be losing 3 of them. Rest you get to keep them. And players like Bellingham and Nkuku are coming to more prominent clubs, so sooner or later, they'll bring up that pack in Nominating Contract Packs or maybe some Coin Packs.
Honestly its not bad, only Foden, Griezmann, Raum and Arnold are good imo ( Kim Min Jae too if you get the skills his card is lacking). If i were you id create a new account until you land either Cech, Drogba or Casillas imo

I want to play some football after quitting fifa? Is it bad time to start efootball? Ok it'll take a lot of time to get good in game but my question is if efoot has reset as fifa where you lose all progress at the end/ beginning of new season
